  • Defly the bride is a trained kathak dancer. And she used every bit of her training in this performance. Not only she did a good job in dance & expressions but she also managed her fully loaded & embroidered heavy lehenga on every beat… 200 out of 100.. she took it to another level … I saw it soooo many times already 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

  • I have NEVER and I mean NEVER been more satisfied with a wedding performance, this was GOLD. Every few months I go back to this video because it’s such a 10/10. - you are STUNNING, a sight for sore eyes - the outfit is SO beautiful! It is PERFECTLY stuffed, it looks regal - every step was on beat with JUST the right amount of flair, not too exaggerated and not too sluggish (a VERY common thing) - you had so much fun with the expressions as well as the dance itself that a person can’t help but dance along with you, so fun! - the choreo omg was soooo good! Did you choreograph it? If so, you’re mad talented istg - honestly couldn’t look at anyone BUT you, you’re so eye catching - you made your dress part of the dance! Instead of fighting the heavy lehenga, it worked WITH you. Other people have too many complicated leg movements that don’t translate well under their event lehengas, you didn’t make that mistake! - the music was so good! - it was such an effortless dance, no stumbling or the like - most of all, you didn’t lose your smile, everyone could see the love and pride in your eyes and it’s so heartwarming, the absolute cherry on top See you in another couple months! This is my all time favorite shaadi dance video, I’m not even exaggerating.

  • My mom is Hindu and my father is Muslim but does not practice. It was my dream to take classical dance lessons but my father did not approve. Now as an adult I am slowly starting to rediscover myself and teach myself classical dance. The old me, would have looked at this video and find something to criticize/be jealous maybe even leave a hateful comment, but now I am on healing journey, and I loved watching this. You are all beautiful women and watching this performance helps me enjoy and connect to my divine feminine energy. In fact, you have inspiried me to put something together for my sister's wedding.     • Hey I agree with you 100% actually I have been doing my own homework and basically back in the olden days poetry and music was a way to connect with God (Allah) Rumi was a poet who used these arts to connect with god and a lot of SUFI music does the same.
