Acquire a Living Heart - Activate your heart in 90mins! (Qalbi Zikr method)

This video has been created specifically to help you achieve a living heart.
A living heart is one that is constant in the remembrance of Allah. Once your heart is alive, even whilst you are asleep it will continue to do the Zikr of Allah!
To acquire a living heart is easy. Just sit down and call the name "Allah" 5000x then close your eyes and imagine your heart saying "Allah" 5000x
After you've done both the verbal and silent form of zikr you will, inshAllah, feel a very strong pounding sensation and heaviness in your heart. You may notice that your heart is vibrating/humming. These are all sure signs your heart has started doing the zikr of Allah!
During meditation (step 2), you may see lights flashing and also hear the name Allah being called from your heart. These are normal and sure signs your heart is alive!
Once you have activated your heart and it is alive in the remembrance of Allah, you should meditate each morning and evening to keep it topped up.
