  • Radwanska is one my favourite female players ever. She was physically quite slender - 58 or 56 kg I believe and yet she was so clever and technically gifted , it was incredible too watch. She was unlucky to play in Serena w. era . Serena was physically bigger than some men on the ATP tour so Radwanska peaked at number 2 but it is for the first essence of graceful female tennis . • Absolutely! She really had her chances…Serena was too tough at Wimbledon in the final and at the AO semi, but the match against Liscicki in the semis at Wimbledon leading 3-0 in the 3rd with Bartoli waiting in the final, a woman Aga always thrashed….Aga could taste that title. Liscicki did play great though and was brave when it counted and I think Aga was tiring after so many long 3 setters on her way to the semis. Losing to Domi in the AO semi was another huge moment of opportunity. I don’t think Aga has many regrets, but surely those two matches she must wish she could have given more when she really needed it. On grass I feel she was second best to the Williams sisters and that says a lot.

She brought me to tennis again after Justine Henin. 2016 is a year to remember personally as I saw a huge comeback from her in the late 2015 and winning the WTA Finals. • Probably one of the best players not to win a GS. But her game depended too much on defence. I never understood why she didn't/couldn't have more bite on her shots - there are shorter/smaller players who could generate more power and win at least few easy shots.

    • I think it's partly Aga's fault. Her coach said Aga didn't want to gain muscle and train more in a gym because she wanted to 'look like a woman'. Which is a shame. With her talent she could've achieved way more. Unfortunately, relying too much on your opponent's mistakes is always risky. When her opponent was having a good day she was dominated by the power and couldn't have done anything. She was consistent af which is a huge achievement in WTA but that lack of power is the reason she didn't win any GS (despite let's be clear, worse players winning it)
