We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️
I'm a manager at a Grocery store and a couple came in today saying they had just watched your noodle episode. They were in to buy the ingredients. It struck up quite the conversation of how much we enjoy your channel.
Did they yell at you for not having Hoisin Sauce?
@@brentonbell1014Is that a thing? I'm in south East Coast all stores have it here
@@brentonbell1014 Our store is a bit more on the specialty side, so we have a bit more variety than most general grocers. So we did have their hoisin sauce!
this is what its all about! bonding with a strange over love for food and the food creator. sometimes not everything in this world sucks lol
@@brentonbell1014what store doesn’t carry hoisin sauce? Go to the Asian section
I love getting drunk and watching these videos
Next step. Try getting drunk and making one of these recipes! It’s a gas!
...and then making the recipes because that is what I am doing with this one!
And here I am thinking I'm an alcoholic. Even better after a couple
Hey, it’s way better than drinking and driving no?
@@Macismad Absolutely unless the wife has other plans... then there is trouble?!?
Came for the noodles, stayed for the pork and beef versions. Let's be honest, I was staying to the end anyway. Please show more variations of dishes. This was awesome!
"Pro Tip: Don't Forget The Business" had me laughing out loud!
The Pro Tips have really enhanced my viewing pleasure! Thanks Sam, Chance and Max!
😅
I agree 😍
Pro Tip: Pro tips are great
Who's Chase? lol
@@jhome64 Oh shit! My phone did that and I didn't even notice it! Thanks for pointing that out to me xo
I just made this recipe but your printed recipe did not mention the beef broth. I made it with beef, a sweet pepper, mushrooms and shredded cabbage because it was in the fridge. This is a great recipe! Thanks
Beef broth should go in every ground beef recipe tbh or bone broth, healthy and tastes good
Following Max's example with the cutting board, Pro Tips lifted this episode and our spirits!
Recipe sounds great! Thanks Sam, Max and Chance!
Thank you Sam Max and Chance, for all the great recipes!
Pork, of course!
I love the banter about beef or pork between Sam and Max
I actually really want to try this recipe, looking forward to it!
I have gotten infinitely more compliments on recipes I got from Sam than anything else
Awesome 👏 always looking for ground beef recipes. Thanks a mil!
Love the Pro~Tip !!! Looks great
In conception, I was with Sam and the pork but going with Max on the beef for presentation! 💯
I thought so too. I don't cook pork a lot but I do love a pork and veg gyoza so I thought that would be the best. They both look pretty good though.
You have helped mt take my cooking to a whole other level! I use to be a very picky eater. But you have helped me discover new foods and flavors!! Thank you! I can't wait to try this recipe!
Love the idea of this and the video! My family and I enjoy watching your videos, look forward to all of them!😊
Yall forgot to put the broth in the recipe. I caught it but someone else may not and forget to put it in for the sauce. Thanks for the videos. I’ll say this, out of all the cooks I follow and watch I make more of your recipes than the others. Hands down!
I came here to say this same thing.
The broth was the first thing in the big measuring cup that he poured into the pan
@@jescollo we were talking about the recipe in the link. But it has been fixed.
Cut the beef broth and add a dollop of peanut butter, some red pepper flakes and squirt of sriracha...and use a zesty/spicy ground pork. Add red pepper jelly if you like a sweeter sauce.
Well of course the more unhealthy you make food the better it will taste, just dump a lot more sugar in there and it will sell out
Sam saying “don’t eat the same thing all the time” was a throw back. He used to say that all the time, bring it back!
Wow! A simple dish but looks so good. I’m definitely going to try this!
Love this interplay between Max and Sam and Chance! It's so much fun! Plus the result is so good! 😋
These get better the more high I am
Such a simple recipe and looks good!
This looks so simple and so good!
Day # 37: Jollof Rice. Normally served with bone in roasted chicken but the rice is great by itself: For the sauce 3 red bell pepper 3 Plum tomatoes 1 medium onion 2 scotch bonnet/habanero use less if you don't like it spicy 1/4 cup water For the Jollof 1/2 cup oil 1 medium onion sliced 4 tablespoons tomato paste 4 cloves garlic finely minced 1 tablespoon ginger grated 2 bay leaves 1 tablespoon thyme 1 tablespoon curry Powder 1 teaspoons salt or add to taste white Pepper or black pepper to taste 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder or 3 cubes 4 cups long grain rice rinsed and drained 3-4 cups chicken stock 1 large tomato sliced 1 medium onion sliced 2 tablespoons butter at room temperature - optional US Customary - Metric Instructions First, make the tomato-based sauce by blending together the red bell peppers (pimento), tomatoes, onion, and scotch bonnet. Heat the cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat, then add the diced onions and let them cook for about 3 minutes or until they are soft. Next, add the tomato paste and fry for about 5 minutes. Then stir in garlic, ginger, and bay leaves-leave to cook for 2 more minutes. Add the blended sauce and allow the pepper to cook until the water is reduced and the sauce become thick -about 10 to 15 minutes. Season with thyme, curry powder, bouillon cubes, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook for another 2 to 5 minutes. Add the rinsed rice to the sauce and stir until it is well coated with the sauce. Then add the chicken stock, stir briefly, cover with a tight-fitting lid, and bring to a quick boil over high heat. Once it begins to boil-after about 3 to 5 minutes, reduce the heat immediately to low and steam until the rice is done-about 30 minutes. Add the butter, sliced tomato, and onions, stir together briefly and turn off the heat. Cover it immediately so that the heat remaining in the rice can steam up the vegetables a little. Serve with sweet fried plantains, roasted chicken, or salad.
Great stuff. Super glad that this channel popped up in my feed - tons of great ideas for new grub.

Definitely adding this to my quick Asian menu collection. 😋
Adding this to my meal prep list for this week! 🎉
You guys are definitely my households go to channel when we can't decide on what to watch. Thank you for your dedication and recipes!
I just made this for dinner tonight with udon noodles and a 50/50 blend of ground pork and ground beef, and it's amazing! Thank you, Sam!
Thanks for the great videos. Good food and great entertainment. Cheers 🍺
Hey Loved the Pro tip of not flinging stuff out of the pan. Had to rewind and watch that a couple times.
Just finished cooking...and then...eating the beef version. Great flavor! The pork version will be on the menu next week. Great channel and delicious food. Thank you.
Gonna have to make this for the fam. It definitely looks like a quick and easy dinner. Will have to omit the chillies as we have very young kids but my husband and I can add some chilli oil to ours at the end. It looks really satisfying too, like a warm hug to your belly! It would also stop us ordering a takeaway. Thank you!
Can't wait to try this! Thanks!
I had a lb of beef in my fridge, udon noodles, and all the other ingredients except for the chili pepper. I gave it a whirl anyway and it's fantastic! Looking forward to making the full recipe next time, maybe with pork instead.
Nice! I'll have to try both!
We watched it today and made it for lunch using the recipe on your website, but you forgot to include the beef broth! After the sauce came out really thick, we rewatched the video while eating and saw you did use broth. Please update the online recipe, and keep up the inspirational work!
Just came back to get some clarification on this. You are correct.
Definitely want to try this!
OMG love the Pro Tips!
Both look amazing, definitely gotta try some
I might just have to make this tonight. It's within my budget. I love these 15 under 15 videos
Thanks for the vids !! Love them every time !
Those both looked amazing. Can't wait to try
Did a spin on this recently with some leftover beef stew, fresh cut green onions, and chilli crisp. Heavenly.
This is the best channel I’ve followed in months - fantastic!
So Simple yet looks like something I need to make now
This is amazing!!!
Great video. Thank you STCG.
I made this today! It was so good!
I made this tonight following the printed recipe. I was nearly done and thought “I remember he had beef broth in the video, where does it go?” It’s not in the print version. Also, it doesn’t say the number of servings (don’t always want to watch a video), and the grey text was a little light. It still turned out pretty good thought and was a nice change from other stirfries, or other Italian style noodles
Wow. Those looked tasty. Ill be making this over the weekend
My boyfriend and I are excited to make the beef noodles tonight. Love the channel, we watch every week!
I’ll never get sick of the Asian recipes yall make! 🤤
That dish looks delicious, we are making it tonight! Thanks Sam!!!
That looked really tasty, definitely going to make this soon!
Making this tonight and the smell alone is worth it!!!! Great recipe!!!
Will be trying this tonight with the beef! looks amazing
I'm definitely making this!
Love these videos, super easy and delicious
OUTSTANDING! adding to the rotation 🤩🤩
This looks AMAZING, and the beef vs pork battle has inspired me to make this with Boston burger and add mushrooms because I love them in Asian inspired dishes. Thanks for the inspiration!
You make everything look so good. !!😊
Making this for dinner this week!!
Amazing. Looks outstanding. I have some ground venison left in the freezer, might as well give it a try.
I will definitely be making this for myself!!
Looks pretty good, I’m going to try both.
Need to make this. Best of luck with the new place in the hall!!!
Looks amazing. Will be making this soon!!!!!
Love the idea beef oriental noodles or pork, go to give it a try soon.
I love your videos! Great food and humor
