Your customer service skills are amazing Milad. I have a few employees that are as good, even when the shit hits the fan as we say over here. But quite a lot don't even say hello, let alone ask how their day is. It takes a few seconds and can make a customers day, and make them remember your restaurant for future visits. BTW I work in a McD's in the UK. When I'm on shift no matter how busy, greeting and talking to our patrons is a massive part of my job. Keep up the good work man!

@@AndreaRam just got back from work a few hours ago and prepping the vegetables and meats was really easy! and tbh it’s kinda fun lol, it’s pretty fast paced, you zone out but you work fast without knowing it. i start making sandwiches tomorrow, today was just learning how to prep the stuff, there’s always two backup trays of food for everything, cucumbers, pickles, meats and more. all in all it’s a pretty good work place :)

its an american thing afaik. dont a lot of shops over there like walmart etc have fixed "kindness" phrases they tell every customer? I once read that somewhere...even some big companys like walmart failed to establish in for example germany because the people dont like this kinda "fake" attitude. not suggesting the kindness of Milad in this video is fake. but if you come into the shop and someone asks how your day was because its company etiquette you know its not really genuine all the time. in germany or maybe even europe there might be a colder tone between customers and workers but tbh i find it more honest. of course a fast food worker earning minimum wage wont be interested in every random customers well-being all the time lol

He is using the proper portion for these subs. Your subway is short changing you my friend. Next time ask them how much the protein should weight if it’s steak, chicken strips, etc. and how many slices the recipe calls for. If you pay for the correct portion you should get it.

Your customer service skills are amazing Milad. I have a few employees that are as good, even when the shit hits the fan as we say over here. But quite a lot don't even say hello, let alone ask how their day is. It takes a few seconds and can make a customers day, and make them remember your restaurant for future visits. BTW I work in a McD's in the UK. When I'm on shift no matter how busy, greeting and talking to our patrons is a massive part of my job. Keep up the good work man!

I literally started working at SubWay because of Milad’s videos and I talk to customers the exact same way he does. I learned as much from him as I did my trainers.

@@AndreaRam just got back from work a few hours ago and prepping the vegetables and meats was really easy! and tbh it’s kinda fun lol, it’s pretty fast paced, you zone out but you work fast without knowing it. i start making sandwiches tomorrow, today was just learning how to prep the stuff, there’s always two backup trays of food for everything, cucumbers, pickles, meats and more. all in all it’s a pretty good work place :)

its an american thing afaik. dont a lot of shops over there like walmart etc have fixed "kindness" phrases they tell every customer? I once read that somewhere...even some big companys like walmart failed to establish in for example germany because the people dont like this kinda "fake" attitude. not suggesting the kindness of Milad in this video is fake. but if you come into the shop and someone asks how your day was because its company etiquette you know its not really genuine all the time. in germany or maybe even europe there might be a colder tone between customers and workers but tbh i find it more honest. of course a fast food worker earning minimum wage wont be interested in every random customers well-being all the time lol

He is using the proper portion for these subs. Your subway is short changing you my friend. Next time ask them how much the protein should weight if it’s steak, chicken strips, etc. and how many slices the recipe calls for. If you pay for the correct portion you should get it.
I once ordered a sub, I don't remember much but it was chicken and lettuce with some other appetizers, but it was quite awful and there were only 2-3 small chicken cubes.
