I loved this yoga nidra. I am still radiating with the thick, deep red glow of my heart's lotus. Thank you ❤ One point, though. I find the sankalpa instructions always jumble my flow. I start, and there is another instruction. I start again, and another instruction breaks my flow, several more times, and my yoga nidra is broken. Then, I finally get verbal space to say my sankalpa, and I'm interrupted during my second repetition. Of course, this is my experience, but I really don't think such long sankalpa instructions are needed or helpful, and the short time to say them makes me frustrated every time. Of course, this is only because the two verbal signals interfere, and generally, your instructions are excellent. I hope this can be constructive, and deeply appreciate your work ❤
