Hey there again all you awesome people how are you all this week? Today I hit the scrap yard again for a little motor to welcome into the BigStack family. This Motor was only 6.25kgs so i also meld and poured a heap off solid pure zinc balls into over 60 coins. The coins were poured into my mate Bruce's graphite coin molds his link below. So just sit back and take a break and check out this weeks long video. And have yourselves a great week and see you all next Friday. Merch is finally available but I’m not going to push it like some channels , it’s there to find on your own free will. I will mention it here and there but not throw it in your face in every video like a lot of channels do, but if you don’t want the Merch but still want to support the channel Simply donate some of your time to help support the channel just by allowing the ads to play through this will help out a lot and that’s how I make a bit extra revenue and the good thing is more revenue means more giveaways👊🏻😄. A better way to support the channel is play one of my playlists on your computer before you walk away from it and let it play through that really helps as well but don’t ever feel as though you need to watch the ads if you don’t want to simply skip them and move into the video it’s completely up to you and I understand if you don’t have the time to do so👌🏻and like I always say if you like the rings shown and used in this video be sure to check out the description where you can get 20% off the already discounted rings using my code and if you want to try your hand at melting yourself you can buy the burner on its own or the whole furnace set up and I can organize a 5% link for you off the total furnace price just email me on bigstackddddd@mail.com 😁👍🏻.

HOW TO MIRROR FINISH A BAR
I start with an 80 grit flap disc on my angle grinder then I use my drill with 50 mm round sanding discs . I start with 150 grit then go through the following Grits 240-400-800 Then once I get to the following Grits I use a small squirt of WD-40 1200-1500-2000-2500-3000. The WD40 helps to lubricate the discs and stops the sanding disk binding up with the metal powder . Then after that I use my buffer wheel on my bench grinder to get a perfect mirrored finish on it??????.

  • Good morning good evening good afternoon to everyone wherever you are on this crazy planet. In today’s video a quick trip to the scrapyard for a mini motor and it wasn’t quite enough to satisfy me so I also poured over 60 zinc coins in my new molds. So sit back relax and enjoy today’s long video. And I’ll see you sensational people next Friday 😁👋🏻.

It is obvious to me that you have a heart of gold too (-no pun intended), the way you present yourself and your care for animals - well done ! If only there were more people like you around.

    • You can easily find scrap metals in any area, just keep eye out and talk to people, let them know you are interested in broken tools, machines etc what happens to be your cup of tea and soon you are flooded with materials. I just hope people take good look what they are about to scrap, since absolute ton of things that land on my scrap yard and i see on this area are ether fully functional or require just minor repair. People throw away ridiculous sums of money for not learning how to fix simple stuff and being just out right lazy, so first check whats wrong with the device, then check how much it costs to repair, then what ever it is worth the repair based on utility value and then decide what ever you scrap it for materials or fix for your self or to be sold/gifted away for those who need one. Say old tractor, sure its clonker and needs tons of maintenance witch it has lacked for yours, but i would never scrap one, how ever bad condition it is, since it can be sold as parts machine or collect few and repair it to back in operation. If use is small like in home stead old tractor is worth its weight in gold, since new machines cost arm and a leg, still being worse quality than the old machines. For instance i rarely require bulldozer on my home stead, but its only machine that can do certain things in here like move huge rocks around, so it would be awesome to get cheap old machine regardless how much wear and tear it has long as it somehow operational. Also i dont find scrapyards that valuable thing to have since they know exact value of metals at that moment, so you still will be paying scrap value of it, just need to burn gas etc work to get material, but sure its better to require them your self like that, than go buy new material if you do castings etc.
