I went with almost same team before even watching ur video. I went for Jame instead of electronic coz jame can get me certain booster points which electronic cannot, for example, saver, flash assists, KAST consistency etc.
My first draft was exaclty this, for exactly the same reasons... however... Snappi has looked a shell of himself, and they still haven't fixed their entry problem after Boros left, and it's not dupreeh that's gonna entry bombsites, having a subpar entry, plus you have maden as an anchor on CT Side, I much rather have him back to his Ence roles where he's lurking out and creating space for Sunpapi, Until they figure that out im gonna steer clear, Which lead me to: Flamez Apex (Easy run, and I think flamez can farm better than spinx, since spinx is always last alive, no shot that ever happens again'st the kind of teams they're gonna be up against, and I'm banking on apex calling a more agressive style coming into the event) My eco... that's where it gets tricky, I could pull a hailmary and go for bodyy... In really good form currently... but realistically fnatic aren't gonna do anything to anyone, I don't wanna pick karrigan, which lead me to some... calculations of pickems, which lead me to a Betboom vs Mongolz LB Final... HailMary on Nafany, n0rb3rT and Fame, Had a draft where I went in on electronic, again, same reasons as Flamez over Spinx, but I don't see electronic fitting like a glove straight away in Jame's system, so fame it is (plus he had a bad last event (which burned me ironically enough) and he never goes more than one or two bad events in a row before dropping an amazing event). Sorry for the will sized post but, I'm a nerd for fantasy
no apologies needed, this is the space for nerding out about fantasy :D i agree with your points, and i'd say my draft is more the "safe" option - which is where i'm at this season given i'm in a good place on the leaderboard. i was also eyeing nafany for the same reasons, i just really struggle to back betboom. even m80 i feel can beat them (after they beat out liquid for EWC). hell, s1n could be the budget choice! conventional wisdom says you are right on snappi, but i am willing to give him the chance here due to the "easy" group, the roster having had more time, and it being LAN instead of online. it may backfire, but hey, that's why he's cheap :) good luck!

I went with Spinx, apex, Jame, n0rb3r7 and Snappi. I honestly really didn't want to pick Snappi. I ended up doing it anyway because I really like my other 4 picks and I feel like Snappi will be more valuable than the other options at 180K because of his 90% on Eco Friendly role lol.
the interview he gave for hltv yesterday sounded quite positive, particularly to his individual form as well. wouldn't stress too much!
Yeah I wasn't too stressed about it but jeez, that Snappi pick didn't age well at all for anyone 😭
Call me crazy but I think VP will not do well out of the gate. I am actually thinking about a draft in which I will include bodyy. His stats have been insane recently and if they can catch VP with their pants down, they should be able to get to the upper bracket final.
not a crazy shout! my main concern with fnatic is their struggles against tier 2 teams of late, it feels like they aren't quite there yet. they're like 50/50 in every match they play. i do feel that they should be beating 3dmax/SAW so you're absolutely right about reaching upper bracket final - just hinges on VP!

Too many IGLs on first draft and I dont think the two supposed starts would be able to carry you very far. Much rather your second draft, although I would probably have hooxi leader and karrigan eco friendly
agree with the other poster - first draft has 3 IGLs and will sink because of it. second is much stronger, even if I'm personally not a fan of a karrigan pick right now, G2 have a really nice run so this draft can definitely do well!

The title agrees with my gut feeling. I don't have FaZe in my draft. I drafted Norbert, Snappi, Spinx, apEX, and Stavn.
oooo stavn, this is a nifty variation on the VP/Vita strat. i feel good about astralis this event, i have them making upper final over EF/FaZe!

I've landed on fame - norbert - maj3r - flamez - techno. i really wanted 910 because awp role for him is so much better than techno's roles but it would've meant swapping fame for blitz and that was getting a bit too far into the insane territory for me.
Techno has disappointed me recently despite Mongolz in general doing quite well, so I'm avoiding him
as the other poster says, techno is a bit risky, perhaps you could change out maj3r for an alternative eco pick? either way i like the dip into mongolz with how that group looks
@@lucycasts I disregarded the rock bottom price bracket because i wouldn't go near snappi and he was the most popular one, but s1n has been super impressive, now that i actually took a look. i'll put him in and upgrade techno/flamez/fame to 910/spinx/electronic. still have 3000 left over and could go for flamez instead of electronic, but electronic just feels like the better pick since it's a new line-up and the ceiling is unknown.
I have the exact same team but I can't decide which role I put to electroNic
I went for multi fragger as you can see, but entry fragger is also very viable and i feel will have an even higher trigger rate now he's on VP

For once, our teams look pretty alike! I just don't see snappi getting any decent ratings anymore, so I took a s1n gamble :) norbert/jame/mezii/flamez/s1n
