Hey MTM family 😊 this was a cute vlog, spending quality time with Jaxen and fun day at a birthday party 🥳 and Wayne and Tami doing some self care with a Chiropractor, I also go to one myself because I have vertigo and if it was not for my Chiropractor I do not know how I would be right now, I know it’s a personal choice but for me it’s a wonderful choice that has helped me tremendously!

True about the wallet in the back pocket . I always carry a little wallet to hold my ids and bank cards in my back pocket and my chiropractor told me not to do that , it throws my alignment off (I hate caring pocket book s by the way.)🙏
I reach home from my Chiropractor I saw this. I am a true believer. I have been suffering with neck back pain. I started 3 times a week adjustments to two now I am once a week. I review my ex Ray today my spine numbers are great and my neck. My legs was uneven now it is adjusted and align. I am so excited about my X Ray today. I am feeling so good.

Quick question for anyone who remember the name of the book Tami mentioned last year a book about Jamaica and it has lots of photos with a history about Jamaica. I want to get this book and can’t remember the title and author. I do remember looking for it on Amazon and it was not on there. Thanks all!
