The Anker brand can be trusted. I have used their products on a smaller scale for over a decade with zero issues.
I have a powersupply from anker with 4 usb ports on it under my desk and it has been running for 4 years on full load with out unplugging it from the wall and i had zero problems so far. Really good Product that they have.
Thanks Xi
idk. with their security camera situation, id be fine with using chargers and stuff like that, but digital things prob not
@@kalebchoi6372 im with you all the way on that one
Generally, Anker can be trusted. BUT, I would not be an early adopter of their Solix F2000 batteries with expansion and the device had practically bricked itself when it totally ran out of power because of a firmware bug. Every time I would try to recharge it, it would shut down charging after just a couple of minutes. In order to fix the problem, I had to keep repeating this recharging scenario every few minutes until there was enough power to update the firmware. It's been great ever since, but I wouldn't buy an expensive product like this from Anker for the first 6 months. Unlike other whole-home battery systems, I might question what Anker's capabilities of servicing the battery in your home might be.
Woah! Might need to get a couple of these for our house too. Love a good backup solution. 🙌🏻
0:11 Love how he kept that in
Glad to see your guys like this product.
I am Filipino overseas worker here in Japan. Bought anker powerbanks and charger, proven and tested high quality product!
We just got are solar working again after three years so I’m so glad I have my solar working 🎉
So, the ultimate question is . . . . . How much does it cost????
That's the main and the most important question.
maybe 50$ per KWh ???
@@buh5995 There is no KWh price guessing when installing solar power. Inverter and panels are in KW and batteries are in KWh.
@@alloy5317 that's why i asked about KWh as the product mainly a battery.
30k$ at least
Very cool, always been a very big fan of anker!
WHHAAAT?!?! Watched you for years and didn't know you visited the Philippines! Hope you enjoyed and hope you come back to visit us!
I was even born there!!
Great to see another player in the market. We welcome the competition!!
Love the design of these
Hey Ben, let me know when you can install the system. 😆
I didn’t even know you lived in the Philippines back then😱 Proud filipino subscriber here!🇵🇭
Great video! That setup is impressive. Hey Dan; if EcoFlow reaches out to you for a similar video for the EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra, I have a house that can be the install house 😂 I used to be your neighbor on Auburn drive. Is that as good as a former mission companion ? 😃
Hey Anker, when will we see distribution in the Philippines?
All of the Anker products I have purchased have been high quality
Iba, Zambales is a big town now! The neighboring town is now a surf town!
There are lots of resorts there, and big fastfood chains are popping up one by one.
Love Anker, how big is the battery? Does anker had solar as well?
Dan always comes up with very good video ideas that comes out off his mind… In conclusion, Dan is the type off person to challenge himself every single video… We love you Dan…!👍
I guess it pays to have Dan as your friend 😁 I’ll bet he was stoked 😇
Shoutout from the Philippines 😊
If someone gets a quote please post the amount the unit and installation cost. Tesla was my go to but sounds like a great alternative
wow! nakakatuwa naman na naging part ng buhay nyo ang Pilipinas!
When will it come to Asia I wanna install them
Based on some info on the internet, cost about 11-12k for each unit including installation. Each unit can max out at 13.3 KWH. I am thinking about getting 2 units for my house, I live in South Texas where power is unreliable and goes down anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. During a big storm like Harvey, the power grid went down for 28 hours. Price is a bit still expensive, I might also wait since I already have a gas generator.
I just bought 5 powerpro batteries 14.3 kwh each 71.5 kwh. For $16,885 delivered. I will self instal. And have a licenced electrician hook them up.
Do you have to buy anything extra to have the battery and the grid working together at the same time? There may be at technical term for it, I'm a noob with this. I want to stay on grid but supplement it to 0% use if possible using a battery and solar system if possible. Looks like what you guys did. My highest month of grid use was ~1800kwh. I live in FL, I wonder if 1 of these battery pack systems would do with a good solar array and with good sun directly on panels for 60% of the day.
Love this video.
Our Petition for the Zach statue was a success 🤝
Finally
glad the powerwall is getting some competition
Could you comment on why someone would choose this over eg Tesla power wall 3? I wish anker would just share the price on their site...
It's modular, and you can take this off-grid, which apparently is possible with the Tesla system, but trickier. To name a few things ...
And you have to use tesla approved installer to also have a warranty.
Air Conditioning test would have been great!
I watched Zack’s video, then watched yours, just because I can 😊
Increíble in the next few years we will see a section for these batteries at lowes and home depot
In my state Connecticut. We have what is called NET METERING. That means the electric meter measures the excess power from my system and feeds the grid, essentially spinning my meter backwards...APRIL 1st is the date the clock resets every year. So I build up a bank of KWHs throughout the spring, summer and fall using the excess KWHs at night, cloudy days and winter months where the sun is less effective... So batteries are unnecessary in my mind right now. I have a huge whole home generator for prolonged outages which only happen once every 10 years or so..
Thank You so much for All that you are doing for our Planet Earth.... Peace.. Shalom.. Salam.. Namaste 🙏🏻 😊 ✌ ☮ ❤ 🕊
My question is do we have to go onto their website only to buy one of these and how easy is it to install?
I love it pretty decent
Ur a good friend, to hook up ur buddy! God bless!
What is the ROI on those battery storage?
Zambales is my home province and our main products are pastillas from carabao milk and mangoes.
Omg, I'm from Zambales and I study in Iba. The heat index here hit 53°C, so I'm currently researching solar options to power my AC unit.
See you in the philippines brother.
So you still need micro inverters installed on the solar system 😊
looks really great, but when will by available in EUROPE??? :(
Is EP Cube brand good?
I'm curious what the the general cost of these are if anyone knows?
Can you mix Tesla Powerwall 3 with these and have the same functionality through the app? Or how would they work together?
Wouldn't think so
Can you look into Solid State Battery Storages?
This would be a better option at the moment
Ohhh represent zambales ❤✌🏻
This is cool
Does it have Ion lithium phosphate cells please?
im in india and use ups inverters they have a huge battery but charge on the grid when grid is back
They need to price these competitively.
should have told anker to install in the Philippines that could support 20qty huts, much needed
I also do love videos both of you are on. Please do more feature videos
Can this be added to a tesla system?
How much is this thing?
Does this Battery require some sort of controller to manage the battery?
The controller is part of the package. You can't really buy it without it.
Did jerry install those?
Wht will be the price??
I noticed Anker won’t publicly publish pricing. Why is that? I’m not interested in giving all of my info to a company in order to compare them to competition. I think EG4 Powerpro with the 18k hybrid inverter appears to be the best value until Anker proves otherwise.
How do I become a certified installer? for these anker batteries
What's Inside? I wanna see what's inside that Anker battery! :(
Best video
What's the Price of it?
How much is each battery?
nem 3 your not selling back to grid at 8 cents when you buy from grid 52 cents kw Output limited to 6 kW per power module battery modules each hold 5 kWh of lithium ferro phosphate (LFP) Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries can catch fire if they are damaged, overheated, or exposed to high temperatures. For example, if an LFP battery is punctured, the lithium can react with moisture in the air, causing a fire. If the battery is overcharged or discharged too quickly, it can also catch fire due to uncontrolled chemical reactions that lead to thermal runaway cost about $11,000 each
Awesome videos sorry I’m so late
I am from the Phillipines, thats nice
That’s the story of my life, living in a hut during my younger years 😂
Amazing! can we get those in France too?
I know how to buy it.
Very nicely done. Very informative
Thank you:)
@@WHATSINSIDEFAMILY also enjoyed presentation style
I was also born and raised in the Philippines. It was awesome that you were also born here. Hopefully you will come and visit again
Nuclear Battery And Solid State Battery will bring up game a lot Fusion not that far away.
Has anyone seen a Genrac, solar, and wind turbine home system setup?
nice look
I've watched a lot of videos on solar power powering homes, and most of them are positive. They discuss how solar energy can save a lot of money and is useful in situations where the grid is down. All in all, the videos are positive, but not everyone takes advantage of them. I am aware that installing solar requires a lot of thought and consideration. However, we only pay once and have lifetime access to it??. Why don't individuals put money aside to buy solar power in order to save money? I've been considering that for a while.
Derrick got hooked up
Awesome videos sorry I’m sooo late
Thank you. It’s okay.
Going to Guam. Need solar and battery for new house in Guam
I’ve been to Guam many times. Love it there
Only in America could you think 0.7kWh base load is low. 700W! To me in the UK that's very high and more than 10x the base load of our 4 bedroom, 3 storey house.
Here in Denmark my base load is 500W. My guess is that UK heating is primarily gas, taking away the need for as much electricity. In US, I can imagine the cooling systems are pretty energy intensive.
Yes we used 6000kWh of gas a year for heating and hot water. 12000kWh is the average here. Thankfully the law changed recently and new homes are getting heat pumps. I hope to have a 500W base load when we can afford to install an air source heat pump.
High? That's not even high. But I guess it makes sense when you're not doing any heating/cooling. Here in Nigeria you almost always have a fan running, a lot of times AC too, which alone is more than 700W
WHAT?! You were a missionary in the Philippines?
I was also born in the Philippines
@@WHATSINSIDEFAMILY That is so cool! you should come and visit us again.
@@WHATSINSIDEFAMILY where in the Philippines?
Why can't you & Zack be my bbf? Will you please be my new bbf? You & Zack get all the cool toys to play with. I want to have cool toys to play with too.

Splashing water on it, but the electrical fittings probably aren’t waterproof 😂
Can I be the next tryout? I already have solar
Did you abandon the Tesla ones 😢
Sadly I left them at the house.
it is ok by being on solar he takes the hit of even lower than net 0 , is taking the hit for 3 homes or more
huhu IBA ZAMBALES is my next year's goal
I want to be Dan's friend and get 2 batteries 😍
I’ll stick with the Tesla Powerwall 3
I’m so glad you did this for your friend Dan is the man again 😂
I’m interested in the long term use. Issues that come up like reliability and battery degradation. I have heard of Anker before, but I’m sorry. I’ve bought a number of new product reviews on KZhead before and they worked great for about 2-3 months, and then problems start developing, and eventually there’s no product support or the company goes under.
Why it’s so thin
So this is an all-in-one inverter + ESS?
This is AC coupled all in one Battery storage, you can't hook solar directly up to this it will be AC coupled to solar system via micro inverters or string inverter
@@scotthall1381 okay, thanks for the response. My next question is what are the list of compatible string inverters
Anker, send me 2 because Tesla want to send me one. I’d like to test yours at my house.
bro looks like Seth MacFarlane and sounds like Ryan Reynolds
So do I have to start an ‘influencer’ KZhead channel just so that I can get a X1 system? Anker tells me they don’t know when X1 will be available. I need a system for my Tiny House, but may have to just go ahead and order a F3800 system.
eco flow delta pro ultra will fit the bill
I like to get that sistem I live in Arizona I need one of these sistem
When do you want to install it?
'murica only?
Can i put you on…. But if you like it could you hook me and my family up? Look up, Flat creek 10 person instant tent Ozark , and combine it with the ecowave2 i for a ac in the tent and it is a insane tent setup for off grid camping for families and its just amazing. I haven’t been able to find it but if you could and you love it like me i bet you could pull strings, regardless its like the rarest in tent finds, its like a solar glamping setup to take you anywhere and not be restricted like a RV
Oh and it’s the only tent with a built in shower. This is the true secret \
