    • I completely agree. Really deep question and such an intelligent response. With so much going for him professionally right now, it's so well reflected to not want your happiness solely tied to your professional success. You see that with so many former celebrities whose lives go down the drain as soon as they're no longer 'relevant'. Or with people you know personally whose happiness was dependent on a partner who up and left. I think it's very wise to not want your happiness tied to any one thing. Obvious, when I say it, but for someone in Lil Dicky's position, it would be easy to feel like you're on top of the world and nothing could ever bring you down, when we all know that everything has a season, and if you don't have all your eggs in one basket, your world won't come crashing down when you're no longer the person on everyone's lips.

Iused to listen to early lil dicky songa when we were in high school. unfortunately he passed recently, but I always come back to Freaky Friday because I have such fond memories of watching that video with him.   • I'm 30 years old now, but ever since I was in high school, people said I looked like Lil Dicky. I maybe listened to a song of his here and there and watched an episode of his show now and then, but I always felt like I had some sort of connection with him just because I looked like him and he's a nice dude.   • See now I was not familiar with who this guest was, but the great thing about the show, and Sean’s interview style in particular, is that it makes me interested. It gets me intrigued to the point where I’m going to check out Dave’s show and music now. What more can you ask for from a show? Seriously.   • It’s funny to see certain guests on this show. Some I heard of once, some a long time ago and haven’t followed, or some new person that I’m currently spectating. To me, Dave was always Lil Dicky and today made me realize so much has happened since I used to listen to him. Was a great episode to watch, to boot!
