One question I wish someone had asked Sarah is "How do you play Hide-n-Seek by hiding the person that you're supposed to find?"
That was literally my first question when I originally heard this case!
Such a wasted opportunity
To be fair, even if her story was exactly as she told it that would be pretty easy to explain as "drunk logic". Not like getting in a suitcase makes sense in any situation
eventually that will be the main question that all other questions are asked around
they dont do that they indict and ask questions later
"Shes already working with her 7th attorney, because 6 have already decided to get the fuck out of there." That line almost killed me from laughter
I fucking DIED when I first watched this on the JCSvchannel 🤣🤣🤣
@@laurac86 I think what makes it even more hilarious is that JCS rarely cusses in his videos. But he came of the top rope with this one
Imagine if she sees this and calls Bruce to be #8 🙃
Yes especially coming from such a proffesional ,serious voice. I disdain profanity but that was perfect.
Almost killed you?? Well how do you think poor Sarahs boyfriend feels? He was killed by that line....that a zipper makes up when it's zipped closed on a suitcase . 😅
“You kill ONE GUY and you’re a murderer?!” 😂
😂😂😂 my favorite line. Love Bruce. I’ve come back to this video at least 5x.😅❤
😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I felt so bad for poor Jorge...but I have to admit that it didn't stop me from laughing SO loud and hard when Bruce said that line that it startled my BF!! 🤣😂🤣😂
@@LookdownhereiamThis is my second viewing 😂 I went to like it but already had 👍
I think SHE KNOCKED HIM DOWN STEPS in the suitcase while LAUGHING! That's how it was upside down, he was all banged up & couldn't breathe!
Yes. It's come out that he went down the stairs in the suitcase
The next door neighbors reported the sound of something heavy bumping down the stairs.
I have no sympathy for her, but: I think they were drunk and got in to an argument upstairs. She pushed him down the stairs. In a drunken panic that he’d pound on her when he came to, she got a suitcase and rolled him into it. She then took the opportunity to dish some physical and mental revenge on him. During which she filmed her tormenting him. She then went upstairs and passed out in bed drunkenly thinking he’d learn a lesson after a night in a suitcase. He was dead in the morning. Her narcissism took over instead of shutting up and letting a lawyer sell manslaughter. She cooked herself.
@k.chriscaldwell4141 I doubt she could stuff him in there though. He had to get in there willingly and held his legs and arms in .... she pushed him down the stairs....
@@MandaJeanneThat's fucking horrible. That poor man.😢
She’s not getting arrested, they’re just playing hide and seek but instead of a suitcase it’s prison. They‘ll come find her in thirty years or so.

I almost choked on this comment 😂😅😂
Lmaoooo best comment for sure 😂😂😂😂❤❤❤
This comment wins.
Sarah: I would do anything for him! Detective: Well, you wouldn’t let him out of the suitcase.
I suspect she called her ex husband before the police was because she was hoping he'd help her get rid of the body
That was golden!!!!
That male detective was funny af. Thats what happened with this hands out dumbfounded
@@ericrivera8410bingo
😂😂😂
The neighbour heard the suitcase fall down the stairs, bump bump bump. That is why he had dislocated shoulder bruises etc so she probably didn’t lay a hand on him, she threw it downstairs instead , now of course her 8th lawyer has left her!!!’
I think she 'tossed him down the stairs' and then filmed the first video. She thought it was funny, clearly. I think after laughing about it, it hit her, "if he gets out, he'll kill me!" I think he actually started to unzip the suitcase and that's when she went apesh¡t on him, kicking him in the head multiple times, flipping the suitcase after zipping it back up so he wouldn't have the same leverage he had w it the other way up, ensuring he couldn't get out. I could fully believe she was black-out-drunk but that's no defense for this reprehens!
@@AliceNsWonderland very probably true, but I suspect she whacked him unconscious, PUT him in the suitcase (if you listen to her initial 911 call she says "I put him in a suitcase" ) then rolled him down the stairs. Events very likely unfold just as you describe..
@@elainer9472 very well could be! I'd prefer the herb getting in first, maybe even playing hide-and-seek. She pops up and scares him call my baby laugh about it then she says "See if you fit, lol" & as he got in, she slammed the lid down and sat on him while she zipped him in. I can't let myself sit in it too long, it makes me sick to my stomach to fully acknowledge how horrific the final hour(s) of his life were. Must've been a MESS inside the suitcase!
The video evidence is an absolute Godsend. The fact that it exists is mind-boggling.
I remember her saying "I cant stay in a small jail cell. I'm claustrophobic". I wonder how her husband felt in the suitcase.
Right? And part way through the interrogation she says a few times 'You guys are killing me here." - Really Sarah? Like you killed him?? She doesn't appreciate at all how inappropriate it is to say.
Poetic Justice.
@@catasrophieGrrl exactly!!!! I had to rewind the part about three of four times. I said she can't be serious ?! She honestly doesn't see the irony in it or the inappropriateness in her comment. She is so damn arrogant that she doesn't see anything wrong with ninety percent of what she is saying. It is disgusting.
Can we just show some appreciation for her ex husband. The fact that he is there for her when he doesn't have to be is amazing. She should have felt very lucky. She wasn't there for her son for most of his life and now she really isn't going to be there for him. Yet, her ex is still there for her. There is something wrong with her if she isn't grateful to him for that .
Maybe the husband is claustrophiliac. 😂
"Oh you kill one guy and you're a murderer." 😂 That line really got me!

This was the most self-centered thing she said in the interview.
🤣 Are you gunna believe me or your lying eyes?

I feel like these detectives weren't even listening to her. She clearly stated the wine was to blame, yet they glossed over it and made no attempt to apprehend this violent and unpredictable beverage.

"I'm gonna hide you and let the police look for you" hahahahahaha, that sh*t cracked me up!
The irony of her being trapped in a place she can't leave regardless of her pleas is a beautiful thing.
Funny how she was so concerned for herself having a panic attack because she was confined to a cell. I imagine her boyfriend had the world's worst panic attack when she confined him to a damn suitcase so small the he couldn't even draw a full breath. By comparison, a jail cell is very spacious.

The BEST line has got to be when Sarah is crying that she will miss the dead guy. Then the detective says "And his children will miss him too." So what does Sarah say? Are you trying to make things worse?". I almost fell off my chair when she said that.

Sarah saying “but it was an accident” and not understanding why she’s being arrested legitimately reminds me of when I was like four or five telling my mum “but I said sorry” after getting punished and that really bothers me.
NOT INTENTIONAL!!! 😂😂😂 kills me every time
I mean drunk drivers don't intend to kill people either, but that happens.
Even if it wasn't intentional (it was), it's at the very least negligent homicide. Not that Sarah grasps how she's responsible for her own negligence.
Itsjustmaddisenyoupeasant I think it is unforgivable that Sarah hasn't once said she was sorry, not to his family or in general. What kind of person is acquainted with your children, parents, entire family and go on like she's done nothing to Jorge. As if it is Jorge's fault he couldn't get out of the suitcase. I wish I could hate her for what she did and the type of person ahe is, but I wouldn't be any better than she is. I will say I'm not a fan of her.
@@TellTheTruth07041 yeah, that bothered me too. That and the fact that she keeps trying to make herself look better and making him look bad knowing he can't defend himself. Sarah disgusts me.

What's your definition of "good"? "He only spanks me on Thursdays!" Hahaha 🤣🤣🤣
I bet the panic attack from being in a small holding cell is NOTHING compared to the excruciating panic attack he must have had as he slowly suffocated while begging for her to let him out. This woman is UNBELIEVABLY cruel & narcissistic. She'll probably plead not guilty for confessing under duress because she was so thirsty & had only provided her with 5 glasses of water. 😂😅
@Susan Holbrook I agree. Sarah should have to feel exactly what Jorge felt as he was dying in that suitcase. The fear, pain, anxiety etc. Life isn't quite that awful in prison bc she still has her breath, that seem to good for her. That type of punishment isn't good enough or the right type of punishment for someone that buried another person alive. Sarah really should be tortured hearing that video all day, everyday and never be allowed to see Lukas no matter his age. Not that she would really care. The punishment should be so severe that it would deter others from committing the same sort of crime.
She's definitely a sociopath
@@TellTheTruth07041 I liked that description of "burying someone alive" although I hate the image + emotions it brings to mind about that man's last minutes of his existence.

He was tripping over him being in the suitcase, in the beginning, too. Lol.
Straight up, hide and seek and groundies are both underrated af games to play as adults. Been a while since my friends and I did either (we were in our late teens/early 20s so we were all more limber and had free time lol) and you totally have to have the right venue (I recommend a large church or other irregular building for hide and seek, and a large playground at night for groundies) ... But seriously, those games are a blast on a different level once you add adult intelligence/adult goofballery to the mix. Adults should play IRL-games like these more often, instead of only acting like it's socially acceptable to play sports/other more competitive games with decisive winners, or video games et cetera. Play is good for humans.
The fact that you use the occasional well timed curse word, just shows that you are emotionally invested in these videos and you care. Im willing to bet you are an exceptional lawyer. You make great videos and your fun to watch as well. If im ever in your area and I find myself in hot water (god forbid) ill definitely be looking you up.

I’m legit convinced, based on her calling her ex husband over that morning to the scene of the murder….the thought crossed her mind to frame him in some way. Thank goodness he ended up not entering the apartment passed the threshold and called the police.
I'd be inclined to agree with this if she wasn't so stinking dumb lol. I don't think she could come up with a plausible chain of events if she had a decade to do it.
Oh my like that really just opened my eyes up to a whole different possibility like wth
I never thought abt that I always wondered wtf was she planning when she called him like . Was she expecting him to help her cover it up or something but seeing how he was on the police cam he very clearly wouldn’t of been down for that but she was clearly abusive n probably thought she could manipulate her way into help but now what if that really was her plan . To try to push blame on him because if he went in and even touched the body who knows how she would’ve turned that . N with the ex husband being the one to call the police I think that’s why she was so panic when they came because she wasn’t trying to call them at all she probably would’ve tried to “my bf is missing “ her way outta this but he stopped all that by calling
Good looking out. You are probably correct. Chilling.

The fact she incriminated herself by recording on her phone and without instruction volunteered her phone to the detectives is hilarious.
It is called well deserved karma, right! Don't you think Sarah got what she deserved by being caught at her own vicious game of hide- go- seek? The real karma hasn't taken place as of yet we are still in part 1 of the saga, part 2 is coming soon on a channel near you!!! Sarah's mouth will lead the way the stay tuned!
Clients usually do that under the belief that either (1) they have to, (2) if they don’t, the cops will just take it with or without a warrant, or (3) that if they try to look honest and volunteer it, the cops either won’t bother looking through it (or at least won’t look at the “recently deleted” folder or do forensic data recovery), or will cut them some slack because they were up front. They also often don’t realize that even if they dropped their phone in a river or burned it to ashes, the police can still get information from the cloud and from cell tower location data.
@BlueMarlin81 I realize you weren't speaking to me, however I wanted to say that info is very interesting and informative bc I for one didn't realize there were other ways or places they could retrieve info from. I know about the cloud, but not the tower.

I’ve seen this interrogation before and I didn’t hear one of the best lines this time. Sarah says, adamantly, “It was a good day!” And the guy in the red shirt says “I’d hate to see what a bad day looks like.” 😂😂😂
Ain't no way... What a savage.. I need to see that clip
@WWWW: OMG, you're right! JCS cut that out, and it's too bad! Can't believe I didn't miss it. Good catch!
The detectives are sarcasm stars.
Well he’s right. If a good day ends in a murder than you can only imagine what a bad day must look like.
Bruce, you cracked me up the whole time! 🤣
Well, today I learned that I've been playing hide and seek wrong my whole life: according to Sarah, you should help hide the person you're supposed to be seeking, and according to Bruce, there is no "it" or "tagging". The way I always played was the hiders would have a predetermined amount of time to hide while "it" would hang out at "base", then "it" would go look for the hiders, and the hiders could at any time leave their hiding spot and go to "base". If "it" "tagged" one or more hiders, the last person to be "tagged" was "it" in the next round, but if everyone made it back to "base", the previous "it" had to go again.
Heeey we used to play that all the time, called it hide and go seek tag.
❤❤❤
i smell summer nights reading this nice nistalgia hit
This was so wild. Don’t you hate when you accidentally zip someone up in a suitcase, film it, fall asleep, then claim it was unintentional and unfair?
And help them get into their hiding spot to play hide and seek 😂
The same thing happened to a guy that worked for MI6 (British intelligence). He left his job and then a few days later he was found zipped up in a dufflebag in his bathroom... police ruled it to be a self-inflicted accident despite being unable to recreate it themselves 🤷🏻♂️
I think she genuinely thought she was just punishing him and didn't realize it was *obviously* a scenario he could die in. She was psychopathic and cruel--but in her mind not a murderer because ahe didn't intend to murder him, just make him suffer. All her lies are to just try to downplay her actions that resulted in his death.
I hate when that happens 😊
How do you hid and win, when the person looking helps hide the person.
The video of him saying Sara while she laughs is heartbreaking. Then to learn it would have been a painful slow agonizing death is just horrific.
Who tf would let anyone lock them in a suitcase?!
@@bbginc694honestly. like you don’t see something wrong with that from then beginning?
Torturous slow death. That poor man. I know they were cray cray together and both have records assaulting each other. So what will happen. She's nuts and cruel. Hope she's going to the big house soon. Smh. His parents and family hate her before this horror.
It’s like a low rent version of the “Cask of the Amontillado”. For the love of God, Montressor (Sarah)!”
@@bbginc694 the kind of people that get wasted everyday 😂
When Sarah says “I will never drink alcohol again” and the lawyer says “no shit, you won’t be drinking cause you will be in prison” I cracked up. That was the same thing I thought the first time I saw the video. “I won’t drink ever again, except for an occasional glass of toilet wine my cellmate made”
Watched this last night and it's haunting me. What this woman did is so psychologically messed up. It's terrifying to think that someone you trust enough to zip you inside a suitcase, would stand by while you slowly die inside. I can't stop thinking about it.
“I got places to go, I got wine to drink” Bruce mocking her made me spit out my drink
😂
😂😂😂😂
"Guys to play hide and seek with" 😂
Omg SAME
Same his a crack up
omg Bruce that line was amazing lol!!! "OOOOH I KILL ONE GUY, & NOW IM A MURDERER..." ROFL!!! Bruce you are truly one of a kind!!!!
Just saw new video in the courtroom with her, and she NEVER acknowledges her own faults, it's always someone else's fault. "Oh, it's the counsel's fault, oh it's this person's fault..." Lady, when you go thru that many attorneys to represent you, the problem isn't the attorneys, the problem is you.
Bruce. You were hilarious on this one. I was laughing out loud so much I was sh---ing out of my eye sockets. Well done buddy.
She’s legit insane. You don’t put someone in a suitcase. The fact that she’s a mother and drinks to the point of killing someone is repulsive. Thank God the dad is there. This arrest saved that child’s life!
I don't know if she is insane, but she is definitely a selfish immature alcoholic psychopathic killer. Hopefully she goes to AA in prison. With luck, by the time she gets released, she will have 25 years of sobriety. Forget 90 in 90. She needs 9,000 in 9,000... for starters.
Obviously you put someone in a suitcase if you’re playing hide and go seek. Makes perfect sense to me! Jkjk
I hope the father is loving and responsible. I feel sorry for that little boy.
Indeed. If she's that impulsive and immature, along with having no empathy, I agree, it could have easily been her child at any point! Thank God their child was firmly taken out of her mother's hands, and for a lifetime until they are grown (her child/children). A bvllet was definitely dodged.
Right! SHE zips him into the suitcase and says they're playing Hide and Seek????
I actually like it when Bruce swears
I barely notice it unless he annunciates it just because it seems so normal of speech in general
I think it makes him real, and not just a stuffy suit. I like his sense of humour too, I’d hang out with him for drinks, he’d be hilarious 🍻
Me too! He makes me laugh.
Me also. He’s down to earth and truthful. It’s a way to express the obvious.
Me too!!! He uses the sweat words perfectly!🎉😂❤
🧳 Listening to Suitcase Sarah’s self- assessment, one might conclude she’s Martha Stewart, Rain Man, Dr. Phil, Mother Theresa, and Mister Rogers all in one! 😂🤦🏼♀️😂
She probably could have scammed manslaughter if she'd just said, from the start, that she was drunk off her ass but she really did think 'not intentional' was going to work. That level of magical thinking is beautiful. I feel bad for all of her attorneys.
With how in denial she is about being an alcoholic I doubt the thought even crossed her mind to tell the truth
You know her first husband is like “damn glad I divorced that maniac”
He also used to pay her alimony so that is all over now.
_"Whewwwww lawd, bullet dodged, thank ya _*_Jesus"_*
Her son is safer now with her incarcerated too! Very sad when a child is better off away from a parent!!!
He was too big to fit in the suitcase.
I hope the kid is able to recover from having such a sick parent.
I hope the kid doesn't turn out to be LIKE her!
Hopefully, because of how young he was, he’ll be kept away from her. Due to my own experiences, letting Sarah get away with everything and keeping custody of that child would allow her to have another powerless victim to manipulate.
@Over Carter - HOW can you say that about Sarah, The Outstanding Mother To Her Son?? I’m just glad Hell ain’t half full. Of course, Satan could always send her back! I saw her at one of her prettial whatever’s & she’s now sporting short black hair that makes her look like some badass female gangsta’. Probably one of the reasons the first 7 lawyers stampeded!😵💫😵😧😱😫😜😳
The dad seemed like a good parent so I think the kid has a good chance of being ok.
@@ayrtoncar You're kidding, right? The dad isn't a good parent either. He'd hand his kid over to her when she's a drunken mess, and when there was DV going on at her place, he simped for her constantly-that's why she called HIM after killing Jorge, and even after Jorge died and the ex-husband was talking to the cop, he made a light-hearted, jokey comment about how would be explain this to his nine year old. That kid doesn't stand a chance with parents like his.
"She is on her 7th attorney. The prior 6 have filed motions to get the FUCK outta there!!" Damn it! 😅 That took me out. I almost slid outta my chair. 😂😂
Your commentary has actually mirrored the way that I have discussed with friends. I really appreciate your candor and I enjoyed it enough to subscribe to your channel because of this video commentary right here.
"I helped him... meet his maker, I really did." Dude, you could have a second career as a comedian. Your timing is great.
He is hilarious.
The video she took of him begging her to let him out was so heartbreaking. What a way to die I can't imagine what he was going through. She knew exactly what she was doing
She planned it. The amount of detail that she went into in explaining why the suitcase was out of the closet when she was not even asked, tells the whole story. Her alibi? I got drunk and fell asleep. This was premeditated.
I know right! It was very hard to watch. She's just stupid and evil.
@@justanotherguy469 I feel the same way.
Obviously this guy had no balls to begin with. I almost don't feel sorry for him.
Did her parents ever say NO to her !
I really LOVE you guys!! Bruce you are sooo funny and make me laugh a lot!! And I learn so much too!!! The best part is the relationship with your "Content Genius", Michael... I wish I had had that type of relationship with my father, or son. You guys are great!!!
Bruce is Boss!! 👍🏻
Thanks again for the learning and the laughs! I love CLR !!!
This reminds me of working in an airport years back and a guy nearly suffocated to death in a box. The "supervisor" of a company that X-Ray's the bags, thought it would be hilarious if he got into a box, the lads taped it up and threw him onto the conveyorbelts. They did this and thought it wasn't funny enough, so put the box onto the back of a flat bed truck and drove him around the airport, but at this point the guy was having trouble breathing and started pleading to be let out. The drove the box to another conveyor belt and bigger x-ray machine and put it onto it. I wasn't there but at this point, the guy was meant to be in serious panic mode until all went quiet and finally they opened the box. I think it was someone who happened to come upon the scene, saw what was going on and realised something bad was about to happen. The supervisor in the box was completely out but not dead. Had to be admitted to hospital and police investigated it. All got fired!
The repeated unnecessary X-Rays would have been dangerous by themselves.
@@Woodman-Spare-that-tree definitely but I think in this case it would be the least of his worries, also id be surprised if someone the stupid would survive long enough to develop cancer in 30 years. Edit: even if the dose was high enough
That’s terrifying!
Being fired isn’t enough, they need to sue the company!
wtf did i just read
The way she describes her day with George was crazy, he crashed his bike in the hallway, he ran into the wall(he’s notorious for running into walls), they played games and hide and seek at 4am. Ironic how childish her relationship with George seems even tho 1 of the first things her baby daddy says is “it’s supposed to be her day with the kids she’s always bad about this,” obviously she was more busy raising her 42 year old boyfriend.
Seriously the way she tells her story sounds so stupid if you really think about what she’s saying. The way she tells this story it sounds like he’s special needs or something but he probably isn’t, she’s probably either trying to make him look bad or she’s actually so drunk/stupid to realize how crazy her story is.
😂🤣
And don’t forget the art work they did 🖼️ 👩🎨 🎨
@@Crycpycraps she's a raging alcoholic, her brain is pickled.
If someone is notorious for running into walls they should probably be checked out
This case is so upsetting. Thank you for the really good coverage.
So evil and conniving
CLR Bruce Rivers literally STATES THE FACTS, TELLS IT AS IT IS… PERIOD. GREAT ATTORNEY, GREAT ADVICE, plus calls out peoples ridiculous/stupid responses.
One thing JCS cut out from the ex husband's statement was that Sarah was abusive to him as well and that he could take it without fighting back but Georgie could not.
Yeah, reactive abuse I understand but you can tell from the brief clips that she is the actual abuser. Her tone and everything else is not a new act, it’s clear she’s tortured him before in other ways.
Yeah...that was my point...
All the drama she put on her ex, I bet his life now is so much better!!!
My take is she didn’t plan to kill him, she probably wanted to have him suffer, but the moment she had him in the briefcase and he said he can’t breathe, she decided to let him die, allowing her sadism and rage to overcome any empathy she may have had
Or she was drunk and fell asleep not caring
@@Cyge240sx Good point.
she has only been charged with murder 2, so I think that's what the prosecution believes too. or they think that's easier to convict her of, rather than trying to prove premeditation.
@@blueroses4767 I don't think they should show premeditation. If I were on a jury I would not convict on that. I see reasonable doubt.
@@beautifulrose8619I'd have to agree. I think even second degree murder is a bit of a stretch. Based on the evidence in the video, I'd probably convict on third degree murder, but second degree, I'm not really convinced. Frankly, she strikes me more as stupid than seizing an opportunity.
She is like an 8 year old - "we did puzzles, some artwork, played hide and seak... can I have my doctor pepper?"
Everytime Bruce asked "what adult plays hide & seek?" I'm like... bruh, me 😂😂
Her bold face denial while she’s being shown video footage of herself committing the crime is wild. Imagine having an argument with Sarah about anything
"Not intentional". Heehee Sarahscary.
I have sadly dated people like that and it’s as horrible as you might think. If you want to learn more, I made some videos on my channel and I’m working on new ones to better explain it now that I’m in a better place.
The female detective made this more of an argument than an interrogation and didn't recognize it was just leading her around in circles.
Gaslight. Gate keep. Girl boss.
I can imagine - its what its like trying to have a conversation with my mother (although she is not as terrible a human as this trashcan)
You don’t need to apologize for your language Bruce. It’s your channel! The swearing doesn’t bother me at all……in fact, it shows us you are human and shows your great sense of humor! Keep doing what you are doing! ❤
I love when he swears. I do it all the time. I enjoy doing it and hearing it! Lol
Swearing doesn’t bother me and I think it adds spice to the videos!
He literally said people tell him they don't let it and that’s why he apologized. What you think is irrelevant because he’s apologizing to them, not to you.
@@shiina29 I mean you can have an opinion on someone else apologizing to someone else though? Like if some dude told his girlfriend not to talk to guys because he didn't like it and then she did and apologized for it you'd definitely be in the right if you told her not to apologize for it. Him not liking it is his problem not hers. Them not liking cussing is THEIR problem not his. If he was being a bigot or throwing around slurs then yeah an apology is in order but just cussing is completely harmless so they can mind their business and just move on. Its so weird to defend people guilting Bruce into catering to their sensibilities for no real reason but have a problem with someone saying hey man don't apologize for being you you're fine
@Pragabond It's literally like the comedians who make a joke about someone with a disability, blind,, missing a limb etc, and that person is laughing their ass off at the joke. Then some Karen talks to the comedian after the show being offend on behalf of the "disabled person" when the disabled person is not the least bit offended and thought the joke was on point and great. SMDH
Her seventh lawyer quit and so did the judge.
