Lou Gossett Jr, was great, in An Officer And A Gentleman. He was terrific ! The drill sergeant. The line Mayonnaise, was funny! May they all RIP!

Glad Ron Harper got mentioned, always enjoyed the Planet of the Apes TV series, and really he was a solid actor. 91 is a life well lived. Rest In Peace Mr. Harper…
I had the pleasure of meeting Sandra Crouch back in High School when our school choir along with another school sang with her singing her gospel songs.

I loved Ron Harper in the planet of the apes television series. I have the whole series on DVD and will watch I grew up watching this in the 70s. Love the whole P O T A movie series, Huge in Australia at the time RIP Ron ..legacy left
😰 I really enjoyed this short lived series as a boy. Unfortunately only 14 episodes were ever made !.
104 years ago this week, British actor Patrick Troughton was born. He starred as the second Doctor Who and played the priest in the original Omen movie.
He was also in "Jason and the Argonauts", a Ray Harry Harryhausen film
He is still my favourite Doctor Who of all.

Dan Seals has a very nice voice, truly smoothly. His songs were great. Too sad he has passed away. And Teddy Pendergrass was another iconic singer of the 70s. I have downloaded his music which was great music. Rest is Peace always, Dan Seals and Teddy Pendergrass , your musics will be remembered for decades to come, and it will live forever in the memories and hearts of those who appreciates real great music. Also i liked to acknowledge the passing of jazz & r& b musician Kevin Toney who was a member of the group The Blackbyrds ,best known their big hit " Walking In Rythym, at the age of 70 ,on March 18th.
The Krystal Anderson story was so tragic. To think that she dedicated herself to developing software to help keep women alive when the birth is difficult. And she and her baby are lost to just that. So sad.
Just heard the mayor of Ft Wayne, Indiana died yesterday afternoon of stomach cancer. He had just gone into hospice the same day. His name was Tom Henry. 😢

Childbirth
I found hers to be the most disturbing death of all. My Great Grandmother died after giving birth to her 2nd child (a Stillborn). That should not happen in todays world, so very sad.

@@paanne1013 I've not had the best experiences in childbirth. I hope that the software she created helps save many lives. I'm grateful for her legacy...I'm still crying.
Black woman are known to die in childbirth more so than Caucasian woman.Why is that?
Gen. Gray would have always preferred his photo be in military fatigues, rather than dress blues or service As. He was truly a Marine's Marine.

I had great respect for Joe Lieberman, I didn't vote for him in 2000, but when he demanded the military vote be counted even though he knew it would probably cost him the election showed that he was a honorable man and a patriot.

My brother is a police officer for Rockford. I texted him and he said 4 ppl were killed. So sad!
I live in Des Plaines and they did release the names of the victims. It was in the Chicago Sun Times today. I was also surprised it was mentioned.

Peter Ustinov as Nero, in the movie Quo Vadis!! Incredible performance! Also in Jesus of (1977) Nazareth, Logan’s run, Blackbeard’s Ghost, and many others. He was very accomplished, in his field.

How odd to read the name Richard C. Higgins, my father’s name was Richard Clarence Higgins also a WWII vet who passed in 2006, this year would’ve been his 99th birthday.
Veteran character M. Emmet Walsh passed away on March 19, but was not listed.
His passing was mentioned last week.

There are antisemites everywhere. Senator Joe Lieberman was an orthodox, Jewish gentleman who worked tirelessly for his country and constituents. Admired by both sides of the house No scandal was ever attached to him and we need Senators like him today.

First, it was so cool to see three in a row long lived people who lived into their late 90s and a veteran who lived to 102. Second that someone died in childbirth is horrific but no surprise since so many politicians are trying to make it harder for women to get medical help, which sickens me. I then Googled Linda Bean and what a horrible person she was. Not that I wish death on anyone and I hate to speak bad about someone but she was no good person.
Politicians only care about themselves, and staying in power for as long as possible. While stealing as much money 💵 as possible 🙆 !!
That isn't even relevant since she had the best of health care....
