  • Great video! You get the majority of your points in this video by just staying calm, playing relaxed, and not going for risky shots. How does one train this? There is always this voice in my head that's telling me to hit hard, aim for the lines, go for risky shots. I really want to become the calm player like you are showing here. So is there a way to train this? I know that's it's just mindset, but as soon as I step foot on the court that switch is flipped to the aggressive playstyle instead of the relaxed playstyle.
