Love how the largest piece of machinery ever constructed was able to turn on its engines, do a full stop, and reverse within 20 seconds
Love how the largest piece of machinery ever constructed wasnt able to smash a little robotic arm even tho it has extremely massive gears.
Don’t you love how the largest piece of machinery ever probably has the strongest engine ever as well as other components. See how that works both ways?
@@Hunter-dl1gd doesnt matter how big those engines are. Something that size going that fast will take miles to stop
@@Hunter-dl1gd You should take some physics classes.
@@Hunter-dl1gdif it was moving forward with enough force to shatter those glaciers like that, unless its packing anti gravity engines those people inside would have become pancakes if reversed as fast as it says.
9:03 Guy deserves an oscar for just how accurate that hysterical, "I cant believe we're alive" scream was
Don't you just love how the ship's commander is so chill and answers matter-of-factly how things will be if they can't fix the problem of the stuck door!
If you've ever worked with Generals/Admirals, that is EXACTLY what they're like. Unless they're guard or reserve, and then they just act like Karens who want all the respect while acting like an overprivileged O3. Source: my entire career.
@@bobguy1167Must have been hell.
As a captain you would make every go panicking if you get yourself panicked 😂
Inertial Damping System would be amazing.
@@bobguy1167 it's not bad, the calmness is honestly pretty refreshing
i love how Noah yelling "Dad" in the water and still can hold his breath that long.
Yes boy dies IRL doing dumb shit like this
That is really satisfying that Noah decided to help his Dad giving him a second chance after having an estranged relationship to him in the beginning of the movie.
It's a movie i know but the little boy was hardheaded he should've stayed with his sister like his father ask him. What if he would've died i hate movie kids that don't listen
I am still pissed that Tamara died, like she was very nice and caring but nobody even asked about her when they found Lily (the little girl didn’t even mention her) bro why would you put my girl Tamara through it
Exactly!!!! I also thought that her death was so unnecessary
Maybe for suspense
She gave my boy Yuri the middle finger she was for the streets
@@thomasfucillo she was in-love with Sasha though (Yuri's private plane pilot).
I remember when this happened. Everyone was cheering on the boat.
I just love how a 1000+ ton door operated by a massive hydraulic system and corresponding gears can be stopped by a small thing that can be removed by a middle aged guy who's also trying not to drown. Like i know it's just a movie, but keep a bit of realism in it hey???
the steel lined hydraulic hose on top of the impact tool being crushed into the gears would matter of fact stall gears out. people that dont fully get it shouldnt comment
@@nomercyinc6783 Yet it can still be easily removed by a middle aged limo driver with most likely no training in this field unable to see clearly whilst also trying not to drown. You've got some obscene amount of pressure spinning those gears. Plus it wasn't a hydraulic line, it was a bunch of electric cables.
You are right about that
Bro it’s just a movie 😂😂😂
@@nomercyinc6783 yeah sure, like those massive gears wouldn't just crush and shred anything that you threw at them
He didn’t save the day, he got them into this jam in the first place.
well it was tenzin's tool that jammed the gear
3:33 And to be fair he did realize that they had accidentally caused it. This was him fixing the mistake.
@@anhtrancutene4531No shi I thought it was Gordon’s body that jammed it
I would be holding this guy's back pocket, luckiest man alive.
RIGHT? Lol Follow him around for the rest of your lives.
I wish I could hold my breath for 6 minutes a clip
I love this scene. It shows that you don't have to be a billionaire to afford that ship, it only takes sacrifice, family love and intelligence to be a part of the crew.
Including the sacrifice of others. The poor stepfather. They never would have made it without him; he saved their lives multiple times only for him to be offed for the sake of the “happy ending”.
@@bubbledoubletrouble This
No, it’s just the worst movie ever made
@@illeire2627no it’s not, it’s a decent movie.
All these people on the ship are infertile billionares😂and probably the only realistic thing to come out of this movie....
When your dad has yelled at you to hold the light your entire childhood and now it's your time to shine.
Bro
Remember never tie in the wetlock systems with the engine control
I like how they brought on board animals too just like Noah haha awesome
I've seen a lot of stupid in my life but this takes the cake. I love it.
I've loved a lot of stupid shit in my life but this is the cake. I take it.
didnt you guys notice that the problem he fixed was caused directly by him and his groups actions
Then I guess it's only fair that he fixed it.
And don't you realize that the only reason they did *that* was to save their lives to get on the arks?
One of the most saddest 2012 scenes :(
That ship captain has hella Captain Cutter energy
I found this film very sad but enlightening. Roland Emmerich is one of my favorite filmmakers

noah's ark + titanic combined series😂
Have you also noticed that the son is named Noah.
@@tonyparra8459 haha thats really make sense
That's the coolest captain I have ever seen😯
When you're in command, you have to stay in control of yourself for the sake of the morale of your crew/troops.

7:26 Nice save! 😎
It is so sad that tamara died alone, she was nice and without her lily wouldn’t make it. She could just save herself and didn’t have to save lily but she chose to saved lily first and ended up died and forgotten. This movie always dont make sense to me and my 12 y/o self at that time but it was fun to watch even with thousands of absurdity
She REALLY wasn't so nice.
@@GermanConquistador08 well yeah kinda agree, i didn’t mean about her love story and cheated on her partner. I mean she was nice to lily cause she could just save herself instead of lily and for them to forgot her just like that is so cruel
What's even stranger is that Tamara's compartment being between Hemsley and the Curtis' compartments was the only one to get entirely flooded. I'm surprised the Curtis compartment didn't get flooded before.
Why did they just get on a floating blimp, lmfaooo could have waited out it out for months just floating
You can climate how long would it take and they needed all those money to fix the arks and they needed all types of supplies and technology so when they do find land there basically still in the 2021century with the arks.
Zipp: I was Saying 1:43 Hitch: Yeah i was say 1:45
i dont remember this movies gave me so much epilepsy
Love machine ❤❤❤.life time
0:15 OOF!
Does anyone else think that the group of people on the ship who bought their way onto it, would have it a lot worse than the officials in charge of the whole thing? The officials of the ships would be holding all the cards, in charge of the whole thing, including controlling the supplies.
How else would you expect it to be? Can't just let everyone free for all for everything on the ship.
The captain and crew will do their best to see that resources are evenly distributed. That's military training and discipline.
commander looking like a star wars sith commander
✨That's great OPEN THE GODDAMN DOOR✨

Funny how she just lost her husband, and now back with her ex-husband not too long after..
Technically they weren't married.
That’s how women feel and think and behave. The relationship ended two weeks ago and she now has an new boyfriend, while you are still trying to move on. They “love” opportunistically, men love idealistically. Learn it now and grow up.
@4lugan generalizing billions of people as if you personally have met everyone. Even if you had a new girlfriend everyday for the rest of your life you still wouldn't come close to meeting all the women in the world. Clown 🤡
All that technology and you cant start the engines with an open door.
I love how no one remembers his name in this movie so even official channels just go with his real name 😂
1:22 Momma!
When I saw air force one I was wondering why didn’t they make spaceships or aircraft’s that would either be airborne or in space during the flood and then can reland or come back into the earth atmosphere when the flood is over. These ships were obviously going to be in danger the whole time why not build vessels that would be in no danger at all.
The music sounds like Titanic when Jackson and Kate kiss
1:43 Dr Adrian Helmsley: it's Adrian Helmsley we met at Yellowstone Jackson Curtis: THAT'S GREAT OPEN THE GODDAMN DOOR
Thank goodness John Cusack saved them! Now that Jackson Curtis guy can stop stealing all the credit.
I was trying to hold my breath with them and then a stupid ad stopped me.
A fossil fueled fragile ship with no countermeasures to simple malfunctions was supposed to save humanity... If that's the best we could come up with then we kinda deserve to be extinct 😅
Yes we do...and will be.
It's a movie
Are you the same mehrdad I knew back in college??
I mean it was made in China
Only had 2 years to build them, I think certain countermeasures may have been looked past simply to save time.
with all doing respect, whos idea was this to let the engines only start when the Gate are closed XD
They didn't save the day. They are cleaning their mess
I would also argue it wouldnt have happened if they just let people in. But yes, technically they are just cleaning their mess, though everyones got a say in it

Interesting
That’s because they put no. 04 on that craft 😂😅
Yah... Chinese consider 4 to be unlucky number 😅
Fun Fact: the character Jackson Curtis is a homage to the rapper Curtis Jackson (a.k.a 50 Cent) as Roland Emmerich says he is a fan of him. Director sure got good taste in music
Even airforce 1 has been in movies lol
Wouldnt that water be a bit chilly ?
Dad's do that. 😬
Jackson did it! Son of a gun did it!
Like in the old Japanese monster movies where Tokyo keeps getting destroyed, NYC and LA seem to get destroyed repeatedly in different movies, but miraculously gets rebuilt for each new onslaught.
Would like to know what people in other ships r doing at this moment

Año 2099 el fin del mundo por cambio crimatico es real
idk about that one, I think Earth would never have climate change.
Nuclear War will decimate the globe far before then, and contrary to popular belief, few nations will be spared, even in Africa and South America. Those not hit directly by Nuclear Bombardment will slowly wither from total economic collapse, famine, refugees from destroyed nations, and biological weapons spreading to facilitate crippling epidemics. All of this, while the global leaders all sit in luxury inside of their huge bunkers, after having caused it all
it would have been ark Titanic just now
how is it possible tamara drown in the isolated chamber but where the others are, the waterlevel is not even rising? O.o

Tamara is like the typical babysitter that always dies in movies, rip

I get the people snuck onto the ship but seriously how did they manage to almost ruin everything
When the official ordered the arks to launch without allowing the people from the broken ark or the construction crews to board, the moving mechanisms led to the sneaking people to drop their power tool, hence the jammed gear.
Wonder what happened to our subs and ships
I was imagining instead giants rocks and water wave hitting on arks instead its place all dead body of people who die on tsunami heat them Fo: captain too many Corpses hitting us ,what we do Captain: all decks prepare for more impact ,this time it's more disgusting.
