  • I really interest in your T600 review, It looks amazing for its price

  • Loving the new addition to the Lama Lab test, I have noticed with my new Zwift Hub One, it struggles to offer a consistent power at the low end, and my Quarq shows a very sloppy fix on the power. Looking forward to seeing how trainers hold up to it!

  • Great review once again Shane! Glad that Magene did address all the issues u had with the T300, seems like they watch you videos too! Can’t wait for your review on the T600 as I couldn’t wait to start my indoor cycling journey and just got the T600 recently! Keep up the great work 👍🏻

  • That ERG mode setting the power almost instantaneously looked so much better than my Direto XR. I didn't know it can set the target wattage that fast!

    @mitchoi3581@mitchoi35813 ай бұрын
    • Directo XR has a terrible ERG mode - I already changed the firmware there according to the Elite support team's advice, I also updated it a few times in the meantime but it didn't help much. On my Chinese ThinkRider X7 it's almost instant as with this Magene unit.

    • I have the Drivo Serie one "that should have gotten a firmware update, but instead they released a Drivo II. The wattage is all over the place and needs a 20 seconds. No more Elite for me, Magene looks like a new contender for my new machine:)

    • Ciao@@bartoszkwiatkowski9388 , we'd like to go more in depth with your issue. Can you share the ticket number you've given? the new FW update has strongly improved the ERG mode experience and we'd like to know why you're not feeling the same.

      @elitecycling@elitecycling3 ай бұрын
    • @@elitecycling The ticket# was 142658 - it's from 2022. Did you release any new FW updates since that time? If so I would be more than happy to apply it and give it a try. Thanks.

  • Love your reviews of all different trainers. Just got into road biking last winter my bike has a 135 through axle it seems most trainers only use 135 quick release. What can I do so I can use a direct drive trainer. My bike is a 2016 specialized diverge carbon. Thanks

  • Can you do a review on the magene t110. It's 350 and some of us only use a trainer as a last resort and don't want to spend a lot of money on something we may only use 3 times a year

  • I bought a Kickr a little over two years ago. I don't see how that is going to be improved enough by Wahoo or any company to tempt me into buying a replacement for many years. The Kickr move doesn't do it for me.

    @donwinston@donwinston3 ай бұрын
    • Even more evident with the Kickr CORE. That also provides 97% of what people are after. A good enough workout with good enough reliability. My classification of "Gen II" trainers with WiFi/Direct Connect, auto calibration, race mode, etc, are all nice to have features. No necessarily essential or incentive enough for people to upgrade.

  • This is not at all related to this video. A while ago you did a video about how to get rid of the blue thumbs dropping from the sky In Zwift by "Zeroing out" the image file. I am wondering if you could, or would be willing/able to do a video on how to get rid of the "Ride On" voice in Zwift and perhaps the bell while you are at it. It is amazing how many people think the thumb button is the same thing as pressing the arrow on the companion app when there is a circle around it. After many years on Zwift, I am puzzled why zwift has not made the useless thumb button just do what pressing the arrow does. I have resorted to turning down the game sound affects, but frankly I miss them. If I hear that stupid "Ride On" voice one more time, I'm going to lose it... Thanks for the awesome content. I'm always keen to see what you are up to.

    @homerj1640@homerj16403 ай бұрын
    • Removing that thumb image resource was pretty simple as it was a standalone file. The sound resources in Zwift are all contained within a single sound bank file last time I looked into this. That makes things a lot more difficult to remove.

    @rayF4rio@rayF4rio3 ай бұрын
    • No. Elite make their own trainers.

      @gplama@gplama3 ай бұрын
  • I think Magene used data smoothing to hide their power data inaccuracy TBH. I bought a T600 two months ago there was an obvious sin wave of power going up and down at an interval with respect to the cadence.

    @dylanl9532@dylanl95323 ай бұрын
    • That'd be exposed by the on-bike meters. Wasn't happening with the T300 Plus with the Power2Max, SRM, or Assioma DUO.

      @gplama@gplama3 ай бұрын
    • Was it power inaccuracy or resistance sin wave? Data smoothing can only hide inaccuracies for very short intervals. But on this video, we clearly see power agreement during short sprints/intervals.
