  • Know this place with Super Komtar on the background! Had visisted Penang several times since the 80's and everytime I had to go inside Super Komtar to reminisce. Glad it's still there. Love Penang.

    • Nowdays difficult to get packet cooking oil laa . Disliked don't eat outside then . Mostly hawkers will recycle cooking oil . Grg Pisang , char kuih even worst .

    • @@lions12. Did you know reused dark cooking oil causes cancer? I don't care if you comment back "i eat deep fried hawker food for many years until now and no cancer..blah blah.." Also, I can eat outside anytime I want, not all hawkers sell deep fried food.

Perhaps they grew up consuming such food and have a skewed understanding of cleanliness.   • เป็นร้านที่ปีนัง ร้านที่ตั้งบนฟุตบาทข้างถนน ไม่มีร้านไหนที่สะอาด อาหารตกหล่นบนพื้น พ่อครัวไม่สวมถุงมือ แถมยังสวมแหวนเวลาหยิบจับอาหาร นั่นแหละแหล่งเชื้อโรคเลย แต่ก็ยังดีกว่าร้านข้างทางที่อินเดียนะ

  • I am quite environment concern 1. He throw his wash pan water on the pathway. 2. She uses her hand grab some ingredient and put on the noodle before wrap. 3. She may also use her hand to collect money. Those are my observations and concerns. Hope they improve soon.
