I don't know you but I'm on the same path! I been out of prison for the last 90 days and it's been a struggle, but I'm finally getting grips on my path and I'm losing a lot of so called friends but its worth it.
@redbone keep it up 💪 and don’t be angry with yourself if you slip up, just accept that it takes time sometimes and just brush yourself off and get back at it 👊 l’ve had years of heavy drinking and at least 2 periods of problematic alcoholism, some drug abuse and 22 years of being a pothead.. calistenics helped me first conquor my body and then the mind followed, now l’m the commander of my mind, not it’s soldier and l don’t need substances anymore to run from myself.. ✌
What a great motivational video!! Two months ago diagnosed with high grade brain Tumor!! Tumor was removed size of a tennis ball !! Never been sick in my life except broken bones. Doctor gave me 14 months but they don’t know someone looking out for me !! That’s my savior Jesus Christ. I have been working out nonstop. I heard this video today gives me so much strength. Love you brother use pain as your advantage as a fuel. If I can beat this it will be truly a miracle. I feel I am healed already all praises to Jehovah. I got to rise up for my two little boys and my amazing wife and family.

I just did this for 60 days got sober from excessive drinking exercised lost some inches changed diet and got back focused on me.. This video just came right on time i got back in a comfortable zone and stopped caring... This back motivated me... to get back up and continue to grind Thank you❤
This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZhead channel 6 months ago about self development. Now I have 477 subs and > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

Keep grinding 8720 and good work.On my 2nd deployment to Iraq while on a routine combat patrol,we were hit by a-MEAN-ambush and I lost 8 of my friends/buddies. I and another sgt were severely wounded,then flown back to our FOB/base to be stabilized,then flown to Ramstien Air Force hospitol in Germany.Was there for 3 1/2 months. Then flown back to Ft Hood,Tx ( now called Ft Cavazos )for further treatment. That near death incident opened my eyes and showed me-LIFE-is short and fragile,now I appreciate living way more. Stay-FROSTY.

Just because someone doesn't have a piece of paper as a credential, doesn't mean that person is not entitled to share personal experiences with the hope & intention to inspire others. Keep up with whatever it is that you're doing to improve mankind or improving your life even to a slight degree each day. This is just one part of a bigger puzzle for creating my KZhead channel about holistic health. I quit my career, I sold 99 percent of everything I ever accumulated and worked for and moved 2,300 miles away from my home town to a place where I didn't know ANYONE. No family, no friends, no jobs lined up. Before I got on the plane I was told that I wouldn't make it, I would be back. I was told I was crazy. I didn't listen. I left all social media platforms for 2 years and started all over with my wife and son. Now, " 7 years later I am a home owner on the Big Island of Hawaii. I have surrounded myself with nothing but positive people, and living my dream with a beautiful wife and son. I have met amazing people from all over the world that I now call my friends.
