This is Stone 🐶 his final episode! He died earlier this year. For this reason there was no motivation to launch a new video, for which I apologize! Hunting without my great friend Stone just didn't feel the same. I hope for your understanding and for all loyal followers among you: Rest assured, together with Dane 🐶 we will launch plenty of new videos again in 2024!

All of Stone's work was special. An incredible companion with amazing skills in the field. #4 to me, showed just what skill and experience can deliver but #1 the best friend is just why dogs are special to us. Thanks for sharing all of this🐾🐾

My heart sank when I saw this. I'm so sorry for your loss. Stone was a very special dog. I always admired his ability to tract that wounded pheasant. I lost my other dog last spring. Still haven't completely recovered. They really are our best friends. My thoughts are with you.

You have lost a fantastic friend, he was a brilliant dog, you couldn't have asked for more. It was obvious he loved the life he lived. You were lucky to have each other. I'll always remember him with fondness, I always enjoyed watching him.

Als jager beleef je momenten met zo'n hond die een ander nooit met zijn hond kan en zal beleven. Maar als je hem als pup met één hand vast houdt weet je dat je ook weer een keer afscheid moet nemen. Oui, avec ce renard, c'était très spécial. 2 semaines plus tôt, il avait attrapé son premier renard dans le champ. Stone ne s'attendait pas à ce que ce renard soit vivant et a été mordu au nez. Choc pour lui. 😂 Un peu d'aide du patron pour nettoyer le renard. bonne année!

Мы поделились этим с большой любовью. Стоун был особенным, я надеюсь, что его сын Дейн приблизится к его качеству. Съемки с собакой и фотоаппаратами - это другой опыт в полевых условиях, который также влияет на стрельбу из винтовки. Теперь у меня есть дополнительная камера (гребень для съемки), на которой я могу учиться. Но обычно я стреляю в среднем хорошо ;-) но в этом году я буду стрелять больше дублей. Даже видео для вас сниму: выстрел 2 в 1! С Новым Годом

The dog received only one blow, but it was very effective. He had no wound, no cut, just an 8-centimeter-deep hole in his chest. A lung and an artery were damaged. There was a lot of blood. the dog had no chance of surviving this fight. Schade um den verlust, es ist immer zu früh wenn ein Freund und Gefährte seinen letzten weg geht, aber es ist schön zu sehen dass er kein Werkzeug war sondern eben ein Partner, das ehrt dich als hundeführer, nicht die videos sind das was überlbleibt sondern in deinem Herzen, ho rüd ho und waidmannsheil

Ik miste je filmpjes al een poosje met het idee dat er wat loos was metStone gezien het feit dat hij al behoorlijk op leeftijd was ik wens je veel sterkte. De wond geneest wel maar het litteken blijft altijd ik heb het ook helaas al twee keer moeten meemaken maar nummer drie doet het goed met wel een paar hiaten. De Drenthen zijn topondernemers maar soms wel erg eigenwijs Ik zou wel een paar tips van jou kunnen gebruiken kan ik jou ook via een andere weg bereiken ? Ondanks alles wens ik je al het goede toe voor het komende jaar. Vr groet Hans
Dag Hans, dankjewel voor je vriendelijke bericht. Ook bij mij was Stone niet de eerste en ook niet de laatste. Het hoort bij het houden van honden, maar de jacht voelde nu eenmaal anders sinds hij er niet meer was. Eigenwijs, zo nu en dan. Tis een heerlijk ras, maar er zijn steeds minder toppers. Je kan onder holtan media klikken op videos, maar ook 'over'. daar kan je een emailadres vinden.
Sad to hear about your loss. They go too early, on the other hand if they would become older it would be even worse...

mainst nait is wat bij mij op komt er gaat niets boven je grote vriend .wel toe val ik heb mijn oude hond ook moeten laten in slapen was onze eerst hond ken het gevoel (door oudere dom laten inslapen ) . en alle begrip dat er geen videos kwamen geen stone het mooiste plekje die heeft hij dik verdiend .en zo als ze hier altijd zeggen kop er veur ook al gaat dat niet altijd van zelf .♥🌟

Ah what a shame these 1 in a million dogs don’t last forever 😔sorry to hear that mate. My favourite clips of him always has to be the foxes. I’m fox mad so I enjoy watching those clips. Unfortunately my little terrier drowned hunting a fox over Christmas. Never good having a loss. All the best 👍

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the terrier drowned too ground with the fox. We’ve had so much rain it’s beyond. Not a nice way too go🙈 I use beagle x spaniels for hunting them then if too ground, a terrier too bolt it. Keep the videos coming 👍👍
