Did NOT expect Jack to get swayed over to the dark side. I was expecting it to be Robby, as he's younger and more impressionable here. With Kreese taking the dojo, Johnny opening Eagle Fang, and Daniel opening Miyagi-Do following Mr. Miyagi's death, there HAS to be a part 3.

I always felt that if Kyler and his friends got involved in the school fight, they would become a common enemy for Cobra Kai and Miyagi-Do, and unwittingly bring them together. Kyler would try going after Miguel as payback for humiliating him in the cafeteria fight, but Robby is too honorable to accept his "help". Meanwhile, Brucks tries to go after Demitri, forcing Hawk to choose between his former best friend and a bully, and sides with Demitri. The Binary Brothers make peace sooner, but Hawk does punch Demitri in the face once for for his speech at Moon's party. If the other two of Kyler's friends from S1 get involved as well, one goes after Mitch and Chris, the other goes after Bert and Nate. Both fail.

Demitri dating Sam is a hard one, as S1 Sam was all about cutting ties with her nerdy past and trying to get "in with the in-crowd". More likely, she would have gone out with Demitri in middle school, maybe freshman year of HS as well, then dumped him for Kyler over the summer, much in the same way she dumped Aisha when she befriended Yasmine and Moon. However, it's also possible that, if they're dating at the time S1 began, she sees Kyler bullying Demitri, tells Daniel about it and asks him to train Demitri in Miyagi-Do, Demitri gives Kyler his comeuppance, and Sam stops being a social climber. Eli and Aisha then start doing Miyagi-Do as well. Meanwhile, Miguel still has his arc with Johnny when he moves to the valley.

What if Devon was in the school fight.
He already did that in "What if Devon joined Cobra Kai in S1?". She and Aisha tried to stop the school fight, and were unsuccessful. Personally, I think she would have either helped Tory double-team Sam, or would have floated between the other fights, helping the other Cobras, much like Stingray did, as Miyagi-Do didn't have another girl for her to fight.

So in this timeline Cobra Kai and Miyagi-Do would still be at Moon’s party. And they would still have a rivalry. Miguel and Sam would still kiss. And Tory would still watch from afar. So the school fight would still happen. Bert and Nathaniel would still fight. But in this timeline Devon would see Bert fighting Nathaniel, and she would go and help him. So Bert and Devon would fight Nathaniel and with the help of Devon, Nathaniel would be defeated. Some of the Cobra Kai’s and Miyagi-Do’s would start fighting them. And they would fight back. They would help Hawk fight some of the Miyagi-Do students. And all together the unnamed Miyagi-Do students would be defeated. Demetri would still show up with Mr. Palmer, but by the time they showed up, it would be too late. Hawk would still see Demetri, and he would go after him. Bert Devon would go with him. Miguel and Robby would still fight and they would reach the balcony. And Chris would still defeat Mitch. Hawk and Demetri would still fight. And Demetri would try to defend himself. But since he was fighting 3 people. And he hasn’t trained that long, he would be overpowered. So Hawk, Bert, and Devon would defeat Demetri. Tory would still use her brace knuckles on Sam. Miguel would still have Robby pinned to the ground. And he would be ready to break his arm. But he would remember what Johnny had taught him. So Miguel would let go of Robby’s arm. But Robby would still be enraged and he would still kick Miguel of the balcony. So Miguel would still be paralyzed. And Robby would still run away. The season would end the same way. Kreese would still kick Johnny out of Cobra Kai. But since Bert defeated Nathaniel with Devon, he wouldn’t want to join Kreese. And that is where I end this what. Let me know what you think would happen if Devon was in the school fight.

There are quite a few fanfics with that premise. Not as many as there are Daniel/Johnny and Miguel/Robby, though.
What is Johnny never lost the dojo to kreese or what if Miguel went to Tory apartment in season five and what if Sam and Tory showed up at the apartment and switched boyfriends again
I think the only ways Kreese doesn't take the dojo from Johnny are if: A) Kreese never returns, or B) Johnny doesn't move away from the "no mercy" philosophy.

Even in "rage mode", Hawk would still be no match for Robby. The question is: how long would it take for Robby to beat him? The longer it takes, the more likely it is Robby doesn't get away and gets arrested on site.

That could still happen in this timeline, as it's only 2011 here.
