Do you react to charged emotions by overeating, drinking, or shopping binges? Do you hate being alone, need constant attention, or panic if you can't check your email and texts? These are just some of the very human reactions that are triggered by our charged emotions. Suzanne was given a seven-step process by her teachers in spirit to change these unhealthy reactions. She shares her personal experience during the very emotional days of her husband, Ty's near death experience in 2019.
Perfect balance in our lives is possible with the NO-FAULT process. No matter how habitual your triggered reactions have become or how severe a life situation seems to be, you can find a place of balance and peace. Suzanne shows you how with these simple seven steps.

  • My dog passed away last week. It has left me very broken and empty inside. He was 15 years old and his nervous system and kidneys went into rapid decline in only three weeks. I had the opportunity to communicate with him through an animal communicator the day before he passed. My dog told me it was time for him to transition, but he would be back. The talk with him was very comforting, but I still miss him. 😢 When he reincarnates I will see him again. Love wins.

    • I am in this situation with a deeply loved old feral cat. I love all of my pets so thoroughly but this one is exceptional. He came from the wild and it took years to fully gain his trust. He has noticed and appreciated every little effort I’ve made for him (over 13 yrs) and let’s me know. Now he is so very sick and must go. I beg the angels to take him. (Going to the vet would kill him with fears and terror.). Love is so sad.

  • So very sorry to hear about little Gretchen. Losing a precious fur baby is one of the hardest things to go through. I lost my Maltese Yorkie last June (health issues) while visiting Sedona, and the following morning at the coffee bar, almost every single fresh juice at the bar for sale said “with Ginger “. Fresh lemon juice with agave and Ginger, same with Orange, Strawberry, etc. Almost Everything on the menu had included “with Ginger” that day. Even dessert. Cacao with Ginger. Yes, her name was Ginger. The grief passed after 3 months but I allowed that grief. This happened while at a week long spiritual retreat in Sedona, AZ and I always brought her along on those trips. Bless you and your precious dogs.😊❤

  • Dear, dear Suzanne, This makes so much sense to me. I am filled with awe and gratitude for this profound teaching of love, for your honesty and self-disclosure - showing us more of your humanity and vulnerability. For me, when others tell me how they have struggled and are human like me, that is when I feel connection with them, closeness and am helped. Thank you for sharing with us about Gretchen and Ty and how hard it is to have the human feeling of fear of loss. You and Sanaya are my best teachers since my 19-year-old son died 5 years ago, and now again with the death of my husband of 38 years just two months ago. Deep love and appreciation for you.

  • In my therapist training they taught for addiction to refer people to 12 Steps like AA bc it has proven to be the most effective. I went to ACA - Adult Children of Alcoholics (and Dysfunctional Families) and their Big Book teaches exactly what you are saying, to become our own inner parent to our wounded child. They have a Laundry List and powerful groups! In fact so powerful that we don't recommend them until people are 2 years sober and they have a foundation to handle the feelings that come up. Thanks Suzanne, I love you :)

    • I am very troubled by this. AA has a 92% failure rate and has for decades yet it is part of our culture to act like it works. I believed just as you do that 12 step programs worked, and only after my son went to 8 treatment centers and relapsed every time and finally died the last time, my therapist told m that he had less than a 10% chance, and I said "What?" I couldn't believe it, but it is true. Please look it up and let's find a better way. I think one issue is that the word trauma is mentioned exactly 0 times in all 12 step literature.

      @EveningTV@EveningTV Жыл бұрын
    • I'm sorry I don't see where your reply is when I open the page up so if this is in the wrong place I apologize. AA doesn't admit these statistics, but remember this program has been the status quo since the 1930's so even if it is 8-12% that is a lot of people. I encourage you to look up the statistics anywhere not affiliated with the 12 step programs themselves. " Addiction specialists cite success rates between 8% and 12%." AA claims 50% but they don't keep any records or track the statistics which in itself is strange. I can also speak from my own personal experience that it wasn't working and what was wrong with it. Of course it helps some people. I think it is really great for certain people. Namely, those people who have a fairly simple case, is mature, and have decided they are done and are ready to be sober and who do not have mental health issues, a trauma history, or ongoing abuse. For someone like my son it was the worst thing for him because he was a victim and he did have trauma and he needed to feel he had power over himself because he'd been powerless as a child. AA stresses how flawed, powerless, defective, the cause of everything wrong in their relationships, and that they are a problem who can only get better through will power and faith, and don't forget that when it doesn't work, they don't take responsibility for that, they blame the addict and say they aren't doing it right. A very vocal minority has managed somehow to keep this antiquated program as the best we can do for over decades and the death rate multiplies many times every year. No one is rushing to find a real solution to the opiate pandemic that has existed years before Covid and will remain years after. I don't really see how anyone can argue that what we are doing is working.

      @EveningTV@EveningTV Жыл бұрын
    • @@EveningTV I'm not sure what happened to my reply either. Treatment Centers have a different failure rate which I think you're talking about then 12 Step. I'm so sorry about your son! I used to work in one of those centers and now look to Alternate remedies like Ketamine treatment. In Oakland Ca there is psilocybin therapy at low cost at alchemytherapy.org and zidedoor.com I hope you're getting support for your loss. take good care!

    • @@EveningTV Sending you thoughts of love and peace to heal your pain. This sort of thing touches many families. Has is been long enough that you can try to communicate with your son ? Can you ask him what purpose this life event served and what would have made a difference? Maybe it is too soon for you to do that. But Suzanne and others are showing us it is possible to get answers from the best source possible, the ones who have been through this.

I'm trying to prepare myself for the eventual loss but I know if I keep "going there" its robbing me of my present moment with Molly. I do release emotions in the shower when it gets too much. Thank you for sharing your human experience of love, fear and loss. All these emotions we cannot escape here but I do find comfort feeling and knowing that there is an intelligence loving me without condition. It has proved itself to me time and time again. It helps!! Hope Ty is feeling better! I don't know what happened to Ty but it sounds like that would have been so scary!! Is this excerpt from the last monthly webinar? Big Hugs to you Suzanne. • Suzanne, when you spoke about the soul (larger eternal aspect of yourself) speaking to the small self I. The story, that spoke so powerfully to me. I was so afraid in my mid twenties of having to grow up, be independent and face life alone. When’s relationship broke down (albeit co-dependent and unhealthy) I had a numinous experience of myself telling me it’s going to be OK, people may come and go and you may feel let down but I’ll always be here for you. You can be sure to rely on that. I was here from the moment you were born and will be all the way through to your last breath. It was extremely comforting. I realised that the God I had been brought up to think of as out there was really soul self. I now realise that this is what Jesus was trying to teach when he said ‘I am with you always, even to the end of time’. Your personal story putting it in context really illustrates the intimacy of this eternal ‘I am’ presence. I still have fear of losing my soulmate and husband but I know it will be OK at a deep level. Thank you for being so vulnerable and sharing so personal ally here.

  • My dog was my first love. I was devastated when he passed. It was my partner who reminded me that energy never dies. I went to an animal communicator about a year after his transition. She told me that he is now like a guardian angel to me. He was even called Angel. I already had my sweet Angel before I met my partner. My partner passed from cancer earlier this year. Losing him has been a major catalyst in my spiritual journey, more so than my dog but with the expanded awareness, knowing what to feel for, I've come to realise that Angel is always close to my feet, walks with me and lies on my bed close by at night. My partner, although the energy is greater, he is not always so close all the time. Angel however, is always there, literally all the time. I still miss them both physically and my dear cat (my profile pic) but it gives me comfort knowing they are still here. Love never dies.

  • Thank you, this is so apt! Having long been on the journey of self improvement, a few weeks ago I came to a bit of an epiphany. Having the childhood environment I did, the negative beliefs stemming from that which I carried and fostered through adulthood, and then the healing process, I found myself back at ME. I suddenly realized, I was never broken. Perhaps THAT was the lesson. I looked back at a picture of my young self, smiled, held out a hand and said, "don't worry, I have your back. Remember one thing, you're not broken, and never were". 'No Fault', seems very applicable😊

  • Thank you very much, this is very kind to you and your guides to share this protocol. But, please, keep in mind that this may, and by far, not be enough for people who have been severely abused and still serioulsly suffer from traumas and their consequences. For these persons, psychotherapy with a very competent, respectful, compassionate and trained person may be required. Although each person has to find the tools and the persons who are really helpful for him/her, a tool like the somatic experiencing may be key in order to release the consequences of trauma. A tool like the Internal Family Systems may prove priceless in order to explore our inner maze.

I guess I have to parent myself, and I never thought I would, but at 68, I’m having deep depression and can hardly make it through some days. I think it’s the severe Lyme disease I’m battling which gives you these psychological problems. A way to comfort yourself, is what a sign I’ve had says: (and Michael Sandler mentioned it recently): “Be the person your dog thinks you are!” When he cuddles SO close to me, and waits for me with loving eyes, as my cat did, I realize I’m ok the way I am! 🙏🙏🌷

  • I was pleased to see I mastered several behaviors over the years. I also giggled when I saw more to transmute on your list. Thank you. This was a counseling session that I have enjoyed. It beats the ten years of therapy I had in my 30s by men who never helped me get to the root. Kiss your pups and give them a hug from me. My third dog passed last November. It was rough letting him go. ❤❤❤ Happy Ty is okay now.

  • Suzanne, as you know Ty moved from doubt to belief as your partner in your journey. As you know Brenda moved to the head of the class and became your primary spirit helper within 24 hours of passing. Suzanne, you surprise me to speak of the possibility of Ty transitioning without expressing any expectation that he will tangibly be with you as long as you walk in this meat suit. He will. You will never be alone. By the way, I am confident that he will be with us on the cruise.

  • I felt that Suzanne was speaking directly to me. A private consultation. She touched on every area of my emotions. I'm so thankful for this video and will, no doubt, listen to it many times. Thank you, Suzanne.

  • Thank you for this Suzanne. I watched 3 times. I recently lost my dad this month and I am having a lot of those behaviours creeping back. When i say creeping back, I had them during the pandemic as a few months prior to the pandemic, I lost my mother suddenly. The loss is tough. I was not even prepared for the death of my father! This teaching will help me tremendously, So thank you again Suzanne and team.

  • Suzanne, I always love a chance to "visit" with you, but tonight I really needed your authentic message. I related absolutely to not being allowed to be angry or sick as a kid, and my mom was a nurse! There was abuse and neglect, and I felt very much the same way you did, and I'm now with a very nurturing husband, but I made a big mistake the first time! You have given me a couple readings and we connected with my son in spirit and we talked quite a bit about how he, his brother and I were abused by my ex husband. My son transitioned in 2016 due to an accidental overdose and I can't help but to feel my ex is responsible for my son's drug use and death. My surviving son is still struggling. Thanks for this talk tonight. Somehow I thought Gretchen transitioned a while back, but it must have been another dog that you talked about your shared death experience with. It was a lovely story regardless. The other day I was thinking about how grateful I am that if I had to lose a child at least it was at a time that you were here. 💕
