I have 1/3 of these traits. Ive always been nervous maintaining eye contact but Im working on it. For the other two, i never like judging people and ill let people down but politely. Depends on my mood

what helped me fix eye contact is my posture. I started walking like i was an absolute unit(even tho i am not) this made me feel confident in turn whenever i am even talking to some higher authority like the principle i keep my chest out shoulders down so it feel like i am talking to someone i know and i can easily maintain eye contact.

True. Also Body Language is also how you know if you‘re actually mentally confident. You might think you‘re confident but if you look at your body language while with others, you can read wether you’re really confident or not

It depends for me. If someone makes eye-contact and smiles and says hello it’s easy to do the same back (at least for me) and then look away and continue on, leaving everyone good on the exchange. But if someone is just staring like a weirdo I either stare back hardcore like a bigger weirdo or I look away, depending on my mood for the day.
