    • I wouldn’t say trauma, but it is definitely something that can make you hate yourself and become extremely self conscious. Also it can be physically painful. Acne can be the thing to trigger mental illnesses though, 10/10.

    • Yeah for sure. Acne has different levels of severity - like some people struggle with PAINFUL!!! ITCHY!! Acne all over the face. Mine isn’t too bad - but it’s always been here and just gets worse randomly. And then someone points it out and assumes it’s because I ate too much junk food - I don’t know what to say because literally an apple or mango can give me acne.
