I bought the brushless truck for My 10 year old Nephew. He drove His Brother's ECX AMP DB at Thanksgiving and loved it. I raced RC's when I was very young. Might as well get these guys into it as well. Great video. Thanks for sharing
The track is so fun - looking forward to adding more to it next year!
Love it!!!!!
Such amazing camera angles
I must say The BL2S 4x4 Rustler is profection 😮💨 It is a absolute track monster and it’s freaking sweet. Definitely a worthy purchase if your interested and love the BL-2S system. Btw first time watching your channel. Im impressed Great video!!! Consider yourself another Subscriber!!!

Hello 👋 Nice Video! Where Do People Buy The Battery & Charger For This Truck? Seems RTR Should Come With That, Thanks! 😎
Stuff like this makes me feel like I need to get a life lol
Nice! What did you make the banked turn out of
Trial and error with 2x4s and plywood.
I wonder what's the difference between this motor and the VXL3
The VXL3S is a 3 cell battery. Higher voltage. Must faster. The one we tested is 2S, or 2 cell battery.
The VXL motor is a 3500KV motor and runs 3s lipos, while the BL-2s is a 3300KV motor that runs on 2s lipos
The "VXL" motor is a 3s capable 3500 kv motor, The "BL-2S" motor is a 2s capable 3300 kv motor. Kv basically means rpm. at no load with 1 Volt applied. The "VXL" motor also has a lot more touque even on 2s lipo, compared to the BL-2S motor. Having experienced both of the systems, I would say the BL-2S system fits in between the XL-5 and VXL power wise, closer to the XL-5 than VXL. Hope this helps. Edit: The BL-2S motor is also a "sealed" can, so not really easy to rebuild/maintain. So if your bearings need cleaning/replacing, you're pretty much better off getting a new motor. Where as the 3500kv VXL can be easily taken apart for service.
nice comparison but disliked the music especially when talking.
ill mess with the volumes a little more next time.
Fast ??
Coming from a brushed XL-5 car, I can see it being a nice upgrade in power. But as far as brushless systems go, not really that powerful.
