30 NBA teams, one season, one tier list. Every team will be ranked based on their preseason expectations. This will essentially determine the underperformers and overperformers of the 23-24 season.

Well, play-in berth or not, it’s fair to say that Hawks fans expected/deserved better than 36-45 this year 💯 I probably could’ve gone even harder 😂
Mavs continue to be slept on, can't wait to see how they do in the playoffs.
I’m starting to really like the Mavs, itll be interesting to see how the Clippers make adjustments during their series. Kawhi and PG are elite defenders, but Luka is an offensive savant. Gonna have to really analyze that matchup before I make this prediction vid 🤔

mavs are the heat of the west. In a good way.
Cade and Fontecchio are a workable core to a team. It's just... Everyone around them is not working for how Cade plays and Fontecchio has been sidelined for half a season
I believe you! I just have to see it, first. I think the Pistons have a brighter future than the Wizards, at least 😅 we’ll have to see how good this next draft is, too.

They’re on fire right now, not a bad pick at all. I see a path to the WCF for them, but these final games today have a lot of seeding implications.

At the end of that segment I said I revised their placement to where they were middle-C tier because they were rolling at the end of the season. Or is that still too low for you?
