I bleached the tips of my hair at the last month of school(I think I was 11) and I'm in 8th grade(I'm 13 now) and I've dyed my hair at least 7 more times.

loved the video but I've got a question ... I want to use semi permanent dye over the summer hols as my school won't allow dyed hair and I was just wondering if it would be done the same way ...also if I was to dye my hair one colour and then the next day do the ombre in a different colour would it still work
Hi +Niamh Robertson, thanks for the comment! So the answer to this question revolves around your natural hair color. If it's dark (like mine) you're going to need bleach (an agent in the dye I used) in order to get colored dyes to show up. What bleach does is strip the color from your hair, so it's permanent. The only way to fix it (or stay up to your school's standards) would be to either dye it back to your natural color or cut it off completely. To answer your second question, dying it a different color would definitely work the next day, however the color's vibrance and tone all matter on how light you bleach your hair. The only way I've seen colors truly pick up is by bleaching it to almost platinum blonde. If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask!
