  • I have seen many street food or fast food vendors spills the food here and there and waste so much of items...but this guy is just amazing...did not even spill or waste any food items or its ingredients.... it's very satisfying by seeing how he is preparing... if this happened for video sake or he has the same habit regularly kudos to him... 😍

  • One has to appreciate the efforts that go 8n into the preparation of the Biriyani. And here in this particular one, kudos to the Young Chef ..although there are so many other tasks that are not shown here which also must be counted towards the preparation and which possibly are carried out by the other kitchen staff. Nevertheless a massive effort and am sure it’s Yummly delicious as well.

  • I'm seeing some people here commenting about using hand gloves during cooking. Tbh they don't do it with dirty hands I'm afraid to say this but in Italy or in any part of the world people uses bare hands to make pizza dough but people still eat that pizza and appreciate it. You gotta know that

Italy just saw a pandemic and there were horrible things came in the media , no mask , Vaccine fraud etc etc lets also not take italy as some kind of benchmark ! they do things what we don't even think of doing! and yes all Italian chefs will make the dough with their hands , your finger and nails will come in contact with the dough and thats fine ! same like he mixes the yoghurt .

  • Biryani is a street food in Hyderabad and a high end restaurant cuisine in rest of india. Every nook and corner we have expert chefs dishing out delicious varieties of world famous ‘Hyderabadi Dum Biryani’. All should visit and enjoy it 😊

As for the condition of it being fake you have to understand hat cuisines are born out of fusion of different products.They will be varied depending on the locality they are being made. A sphaggeti on the streets of NYC will taste different than say Venice.But that doesn't mean they are "fake".

    • Some people think biryani should be cooked only in a way they know, or there's only one Recipe cooked in hyderabad for biryani, there different biryani in hyderabad itself with variation , and there's Lucknow biryani, Kolkata biryani, and they Cook in their own way. Based on their regional spices. Biryani don't belong to one specific city. First of all in olden days biryani has travelled to India in two different route north and south . And they gave their own variation to dish based on their regional spices..hence said always ignore negative comment.

  • Very satisfying vdo. Bare hands r safe while cooking provided soap washed thoroughly. The sweeping scene behind was very disheartening. Moreover, pouring the DALDA GHEE vanaspati ghee over it may b an economical alternate for oil or ghee 😔. Otherwise the preparation is wonderful. Hats off to the young chef.
