If Disney makes one key change to the release of Prey 2, then it could easily break a Predator franchise record that has remained unbroken for the past 20 years. Prey revamped the Predator franchise by setting its story in the Northern Great Plains in 1719. The prequel revolves around a young Comanche woman named Naru who embarks on a hunting ritual in the wilderness and unexpectedly comes across a bloodthirsty hunter from outer space. Prey was hailed as the greatest Predator movie since the classic original.
After Prey became a huge hit with both critics and audiences, it’s only a matter of time before Disney follows it up with Prey 2. Whether it brings back Naru for a sequel story or it follows a new hero taking on a different Predator in a different time period, Prey 2 is a highly anticipated sci-fi actioner. But the Mouse House will have to make one crucial change to its release strategy if Prey 2 is going to break an important Predator franchise record.

thats because there is now 'prey 2 with amber midthunder being filmed' I would love to see more of her but the next prey movie is set in WWi or WWII from what ive heard. Screen Culture makes concept trailers... none of them have much basis in reality they only serve to give them clicks and provide disinformation about whats actually coming out. I with they would stop making them but their business is based on churning them out. This trailer has too much talking in it by someone they hired to do their best midthunder impression but its not Amber.

give the voice actress some credit... shes trying to match midthunders voice but not quite there even after post production... but she deserves credit for her work. Also, the whole movie Prey didn't have as much english exposition as this trailer. lol.

The Predators just aren’t scary anymore if a bunch of stone aged tribal people can kick their asses. Prey and its, still in development, sequel have put the final nail in the coffin for Predator.
Box office receipts say different, this predator was the first of its kind to visit earth so we're told. I agree with you that a girl Vs a predator , juvenile or otherwise should have no chance at all especially when you see how the juvenile absolutely ripped the French seasoned ( pardon pun) apart. Still it was the better of the others since the original. I'd like to see predator come up against some really bad ass mercenaries like in predators but here on earth. Also this predator used the same ammo for the time period for its gun , arrows, an arrow gun so to speak. What's required here is a Dennis villenueve type to create the movie. Avp wasn't bad but the sequel was terrible need to eat plenty of carrots just to make out what was going on in that movie

Brawn didn't win in predator, brawn didn't win in prey, if it can take out a Grizzly Bear then the brawniest man has no chance physically, it take brains and strategy to defeat a predator, and a women can be just as capable as a man in strategical planning.
The first one was Stupid-Woke . Hope they make a logical second one. And for those that will argue this point, before you do, answer how,among other things, they take someone- anyone- who isn’t a warrior, never hunted, can’t kill a bear attacking be saved by Predator only to kill Predator .
