Balwen and Black Welsh Mountain Sheep

As well as our hens and ducks, we welcome our 6 Welsh sheep to our West Wales smallholding. We were keen to get some livestock on our land once we'd gained our County Parish Holding number. That finally came through so off to the local livestock auction we went. First purchase was a Black Welsh Mountain Ewe Lamb (no mother unfortunately) who we're bottle feeding. Then we bought some Balwen (1 ewe, 1 lamb) and Black Welsh Mountain sheep (1 ewe, 2 lambs) to create our own flock.

Thanks. We had an unexpected bit of progress after the video too - part of the field got ploughed and the fencer came to make some pig enclosures.
