Arnold Schwarzenegger

I don't think the height loss is due to ageing factor, but it's due to technology and social media that showed to us all the celebrities were lying about their heights
I’m well aware of the misinformation that’s spread regarding heights of celebs. That being said I’ve seen someone in my family who’s now 84 go from 5’5 down to 5 foot, so I know it’s real
@@DataWatch. maybe because he's slouchy at his 80's , but some of the celebrities still with good posture but with 5 inches of height loss like Lundgren or Arnold
@@naturalbodybuildingtips4206 it doesn’t matter how they lost height, they still lost it. We know why Arnie lost it lol
Now why would you question the man's family member, shrinking? He's right. My kate grandfather at his peek height, was 6 feet 3. He went from thst, to being 5 feet 11 inches. Age plays a major in people losing their height. Kareem Abdul Jabar is under 7 feet. His peek height was 7 feet 2.

Legs bones are denser than the torso spine , so if you have two people of the same peak height then the one with the shorter legs and longer spine will shrink more.
I’d say that’s definitely true. And it rings true if you look at this video. Taller guys have longer torsos
It's all down to genetics and lifestyle. My uncle was 6'3 peak and now at 75 he's 6,2,5.

@@randyharris7289 the picture is from 2021. I did find a picture from 2023 but it’s not so clear and you really can see the height loss. Still a legend 👏
@@DataWatch. I dont think it. In first place, Eastwood never was 6´4" barefoot. Probably it was his height with boots. So he was probably 6´2.25 or around it barefoot in his peak. And now i dont think that he is 5´10" really neither, it is by his very bad posture due to his age. If he is in very good posture he probably would be around 5´11 in these days. So, he dropped in the reality 3.5 inches or 4 inches (it is so much yet) MAX. Regards.
@@rinconzellgadiss you are welcome to prove your theory! If you’d seen the 2023 pic I’d seen you’d agree with me. Regarding his peak, 6’3.5 minimum without boots. Some people are questioning these figures and whether it’s possible to shrink. It absolutely is, thanks
Tom Cruises age is starting to show, but its amazing how long he retained his youthful look.

These all seem about right based on my personal situation. I've lost about two inches but have had two back surgeries and bone fusion and hip replaced. I thought that would mean I wouldn't keep shrinking but I'm down 2” by 77 years old. Was always 6’2”

When I saw a video of a bodyguard hired for Arnold looking over 7’ and Schwarzenegger so small, I wrote a comment about my father who was in their younger days 6’ and die shorter than that (I’m 6’2”) and everyone make fun comments about that because I said that Arnold was no longer a tall man and looked shorter
No. I think considering age although he’s not lost the most he has lost the most out of all the guys under 80

For those who are puzzled by this and don't like research: We have 23 vertebral discs in the spinal column (neck to lower back) which are spongy pads about 1/4-inch each. As they age they undergo wear and tear and get dried out. By 60 you will not be as tall as you once were and the degree depends on genetics and your lifestyle. It's a good idea to be informed about your back because when you get a pain issue, it's hard or almost impossible to alleviate.

As no one would answer the intimidating question about their height lost, the numbers are a more or less realistic estimate by the content creator
I think I know what you mean. You mean nobody is willing to look at it and make an estimate? I like me of course 😁
Amazing no one seems to mention these actors who wore professional inserts and heeled boots and shoes to make them appear taller because of insecurities and/or film requirements for scenes. The industry is filled with short people because they fit into the visual frame of a set better. They didn’t shrink so much as they ease off the need to protect an ego after a certain age
Mate it’s been mentioned across my channel on numerous occasions. I take everything into account when making my videos
Some of these are wrong. Danny Devito was 6'4 but suffered a lower back injury resulting in height loss. Doing too much concreting in his earlier days before he became a famous bricklayer.

some of the heights are incorrect John Travolta for ex was 1.88 M or 6 Ft 2 in when he was younger now at age 70 he's 5 Ft 10.5 in which is still slightly above average height for the American Male is 5 Ft 9 in even his adult daughter Ella Bleu is taller than that at 1.78 or 5 Ft 10 in. granted the height of children depends on which parent they take after
With respect travolta was never 6’2 in my opinion. We will just have to disagree on that. At his age it’s also not likely he’s lost 3.5 inch, he’s had a fairly decent lifestyle and I think it shows
William Shatner was about 5’ 6” in Star Trek. Watch the old Star Trek shows, he wears high heeled uniform boots.
Yes he does. The height I listed has nothing to do with seeing him on Star Trek. And for your info most old fellas wore heeled boots, it was big back then
Great video , thanks for this . Who cares about height anyway , it's all about who you are as a person .
Totally agree 💯. People do like these though ☺️
Some of the older ones are shorter then before because they are more likely to be older than when they were younger

So to be tall in the end usually requires more energy to be alive...short guys and girls have some advantage. Tom Cruise is very good indeed.

There is a discrepancy between feet and centimeters, and of course there is a difference between what you self-report when you wear shoes and what you actually do. In other words, most stars lie about their height.
Yes definitely. All this is taken into consideration. Took me weeks to research this video
Sorry but no one gets shorter as they age, they may seem that way but only due to bending over because of their age. Not because they shrink. And the video says estimated, so there is no proof.
I’m not sure how old you are but I’ll say this! Yes your spine will naturally curve as you get older but all of your bone structure will get smaller as well, and I’d get used to the idea if I was you because it will be an almighty shock if you are lucky enough to live long enough to shrink. @@paulnicolas172 just looking after yourself will help. I hear stretching is good for height retention
@@DataWatch. Well good diet and exercise and plenty of rest help you not to lose as much when you get older but inevitably you will lose sooner or later . I always envied tall people only being 5ft 7 myself . I'm in my 40s and I remember being bigger and my kids clown me and say I was never over 6 foot. It happens to all men.
Some people are going to get a shock because they seem to not believe it
Several shorter actors once wore lifts and simply outgrew their vanity. While many of the taller ones are in their 80's and even 90's have had their spines settle with old age. Neither should be any kind of shock for the public.

Problem with the system of voting today height is rob at celebheights isn’t deleting votes after so long.
