this type of pork is a much looser and more tender meat than your run of the mill stuff. he does that to lengthen it out and also to find the best angle for slicing.

We actually have an olive tree that is 2000 years old also around the area he is. About olive oil he could have used even more as we do. He made the eggs almost the way we do, cuz we don’t use butter to fry eggs. When I was a chef in Germany everybody asked me to make my portuguese eggs, apparentely all types of eggs taste better if made the portuguese way. 👨🏾🍳🙌🏾
