In this video I will show you how to hit the heavy bag, but most importantly improve your footwork. One of the biggest mistakes when using the heavy bag is staying in the same spot. You have to make your training as realistic as possible and that means using your footwork: rhythm, timing, balance and coordination.

  • Can you show in more detail the footwork when moving to the right with the 1-2? Sorry, i'm a beginner and I can see how to move left but my weight is always off when moving to the right. Have a speedy recovery also!
