Knee pain sux plain and simple. Well, pain anywhere is not a nice feeling in the body BUT 1. please always go and check your pain with a professional. 2. These are just exercises that will help relieve the pain you will still need to go to your doc if its unbearable. These are good exercises BUT YOU NEED TO PUT IN THE EFFORT TO DO IT!

You are so right Natasha! It is great that you explain to people the importance of strengthening the muscles all around thighs and calves, etc. That will strengthen the tendons and ligaments too. Please spread more because my knees too have practically no cartilage and the surgeons here wanted to conduct an arthroscopy but I have been living onlz through yoga which I have been practising since I was 4 years old or earlier perhaps. Yoga is an intelligent and healing way of life! Continue dear Natasha..we need to be the real yoga missionaries and you are doing simply GREAT!

I like your simple style of showing effective poses. I did see other videos. I will be following them for the extreme one. Liked the tree pose and bending down and stretching the groin area and lifting back up. Made it so easy to follow. My both the knees like yours from car accident. I love any kind of workout and sports, but I have also developed Osteoarthritis and stiffness.

Hi. Thank you for the video. Can we do both or is it better just to do one. I had a OATs surgery on my right knee. I still need to strengthen my quid. It still bother me. Also, my left knee is bothering me and the back of it as well. Do you have any suggestions?

What you say appears to be logical, I have pain in my right knee so I will workout these exercises. As you told I got X-ray of my knee is perfect but I have pain so as you said we have to strengthen our cough mussel & thy by doing these basic exercises. Thanks a lot mam!!

I al jadeppa from Karnataka bellary dist, l saw ur knee pain realifing exersizes, I got spinal co operation .my nerves. Became very hard dueto that l am able to bend my left knee only 20 percent only . So any oil oroientment,to get realieef with ur exersizes please guide me madam

Just want to say that I’m 26, healthy and recently suffered an injury that’s suddenly led to unbearable muscle spasms. This video is so helpful. While I was feeling overwhelmed and helpless by all this because I never expected this could happen to someone like me who is young and active, these few simple exercises makes me feel like there’s something I can do to regain control. It’s my first time trying so time will tell if it helps but either way I’m grateful to at least feel there’s something easy and painless I can potentially do to keep my muscles moving to prevent future spasms. Thank you!!! ❤️
I know what you mean. 29 months ago I suffered an injury to my legs. An Indian girl hit me through a cinder block wall with her car at the car wash. I don't know what was worse the accident or the aftermath. Because I have to live with this pain and life goes on and the world keeps turning. If you can, try planks for 1-2 minutes every day ( repeat- every day without fail) and repeat as often . For L4/L5 , one needs to focus on strengthening the core muscles.
