So there has been a lot of folks that have reached out to me directly to join the loop groups so luckily I haven’t had to find all of the folks on my own, but people have heard about the loop groups and seen them shared all over Instagram and Facebook and on KZhead and they are interested in joining us, which is really exciting!

Yes- I definitely think having a pet helps to remind us of our self-care and goals! Walking Bruce has improved my mental health soooo much because he’s always SO smiley, happy, and cuddly after the walk and it just makes me so happy too!

Such a great video idea! Love seeing how the finished spread turned out! My pets make me so happy and I have found comfort in them in moments of anxiety or sadness. I just love them and can't imagine my life without them. 😊
