कुमार सानू और उदित नारायण दोनों के साथ बेहद दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटनाएं हुई थी। बेहद दुख की बात है कि मैं यहाँ हूँ यहाँ और तेरे नाम टाइटल सॉन्ग जैसे बेहतरीन ब्लॉकबस्टर songs के लिए उदित जी को फिल्म फेयर अवार्ड नहीं मिला। इसी तरह इनके कई बेहतरीन गाने हैं जिनके लिए इनको नॉमिनेट तो किया लेकिन फिल्म फेयर नही मिला। उदित जी के साथ कभी इंसाफ नहीं हुआ। मैं यहां हूं यहां (वीर जारा), कहो ना प्यार है टाइटल सॉन्ग, दिल तो पागल है टाइटल सॉन्ग, एक दिलरूबा है (बेवफा), जादू तेरी नजर, पहला नशा पहला खुमार, फूलों सा चेहरा तेरा, हो नहीं सकता (दिलजले ), कुछ कुछ होता है टाइटल सॉन्ग, तेरे नाम टाइटल सॉन्ग, तुम दिल की धड़कन में, आंखें खुली हो या हो बंद ( मोहब्बतें ), पंछी सुरु में गाते हैं (सिर्फ तुम), ताल से ताल मिला, दुनिया हसीनो का मेला, इत्यादि। ये सारे गाने नॉमिनेट हुए थे। उदित जी को टोटल 20 बार फिल्मफेयर के लिए नॉमिनेट किया गया, इतनी बार अभी तक भारत के इतिहास में किसी सिंगर को नॉमिनेट नहीं किया गया है। अगर इमानदारी से फिल्मफेयर दिया जाता तो उदित जी को कम से कम 20 में से 10 बार फ़िल्म फेयर मिलना चाहिए था। वर्ष 1995 में तुझे देखा तो जाना सनम(कुमार सानू )को अवार्ड मिलना चाहिए था, और वर्ष 1994 में ये काली काली आंखें की जगह जादू तेरी नजर को अवार्ड मिलना चाहिए था। ऐसा ही वाकया नेशनल अवार्ड में भी हुआ है। घूंघट की आड़ से दिलबर का यह गाना कुमार सानू और अलका जी दोनों ने गाया था, लेकिन नेशनल अवॉर्ड सिर्फ अलका जी को मिला। कुछ कुछ होता है के टाइटल सॉन्ग के लिए अलका जी को नेशनल अवार्ड मिल गया, लेकिन उदित नारायण को नहीं मिला। फिल्मफेयर टीम के judges के फैसले पर मुझे बहुत आपत्ति है. साल 2004 में मर्डर फिल्म का एक गाना ' प्यासा दिल मेरा, एक रात बिताओ मेरे साथ ' जैसे बेहूदा और वाह्ययात गाने के लिए कुणाल गांजा वाला को फिल्म फेयर दे दिया जाता है, जबकि उस साल का सर्वश्रेष्ठ गाना था मैं यहां हूं यहां (वीर जारा ). पता नहीं क्या सोचकर यह लोग फिल्म फेयर देते हैं ? इन्हें म्यूजिक के टेस्ट का कुछ पता ही नहीं है और चले आते हैं जज बनने।

Kumar Sanu ko sirf 90's ke criminals sunte hain kyonki wo 'din me leti hain jaise criminal soch waale gaane gaata hai. Tu bhi ek criminal hai isliye tujhe Kumar Sanu pasand hai . Kumar Sanu ko sirf 50 log sunte hain.

- 90's was the golden era when people loved nasal voice and monotonous copypaste singing. 90's was the era of cheap double meaning songs like 'din me leti hai (by Kumar Sanu and Alka Yagnik), main laaya chuha apna (by Udit Narayan), teri le loon, khada hai khada hai, main ladki po po po, maal gaadi ko dhakka laga etc. 90's was the golden era when singers copied Kishore Kumar or Mohammed Rafi or Lata Mangeshkar . 90's was the era when songs like 'jab koi baat bigad jaaye' were shamelessly copied from english songs such as '500 miles'. I don't miss 90's era when songs were cheap and of same type.

Main tera boyfriend, nashe si chad gayi, pyaar hota kai baar hai, tere pyaar me, jhoome jo pathaan, lutt putt gaya (Dunki movie), dance ka bhoot, blame the light, galti se mistake, haan main galat ,dilli waali girlfriend, tukkur tukkur - Ye sab party/pop songs kya tere baap ne gaaye hain? In 90's Kumar Sanu was nothing but to sing same type of cheap romantic songs. Only cheap romantic and double meaning cheap songs. Live performance he doing same cheap romantic songs by copying Kishore Kumar

Sanuji 90's dashak ko poora aag lagaya..sab ka dil mey raj kiye. Sab ka dimag mey byt gaye.. Yaadgaar,sunehra era hy bollywood music history mey..❤ Though I was not able to u. stand lyrics I cud enjoy the the songs by voice & music in those days. But I am enjoying the meaning also being a singer (now) while singing. (The sweet & melody fragrance)

कुछ नही कहा जा सकता परमात्मा ने जो वाणी इनको दी है वो अतुल्य है यही बात है ऊपर वाला उस इंसान को वही पहुचा देता है जो उसका स्थान होता है यही बात सानू जी की जो बात इनकी वाणी में थी वो सीधे दिल को लगती थी तभी आज भी भारत की जनता इनको इतना पसन्द करती है

- आज के समय में कुमार सानू और उदित नारायण जी के जोड़ का कोई गायक नहीं है। ये किशोर साहब जी और रफी जी मुकेश जी महेन्द्र कपूर साहब और मन्ना डे जी के बाद की पीढ़ी के बहुत बढ़िया गायक हैं। रहमान जी ने बेशक अन्तर राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार लिया हो मगर कुमार सानू आज के दौर बहुत चर्चित गायक हैं।

Sirf 90's ke chapri criminals hi unko sunte hain jinko unke 'din me leti hai' jaise gande gaane pasand hain. Tu bhi ek criminal hai. Kunar Sanu aur Udit jaisa ghatiya gaayak koi nahi hai. 90's ke daur ke charchit gaayak honge dono lekin aaj ke daur ke charchit gaayak to Arijit Singh aur Shreya Ghoshal hain.

My favorite singer, I grew up listening to his music. Great voice and smooth singing which touches the soul. His singing brings joy, love and romance. It creats an atmosphere of peace. Thank you for having him in your prestigious show. He is right to demand a good payment as well I like his qualities of being upfront. I personally feel that he is incredibly genuine and more honest than Sonu, Udit, Abhijeet etc. They all seem to kiss up to big names but Kumar Sanu never does that. Also, his reputation was tarnished by other singers. He is genuinely an amazing person

Kumar sanu is undoubtedly the greatest singer after Kishore kumar, Hemanta mukherji, Yesudas, Manna dey. No disrespect to udit ji, sonu nigam e.t.c they are absolutely fascinating and legend and fantastic singers in their own right. But KUMAR SANU IS A GENRE OF HIS OWN, ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, SPEECHLESS. A TRULY UNIQUE VOICE and A GREAT PERSONALITY.
