UKIP vs BBC

these videos are not for entertainment, they are clearly "fair dealing" under UK copyright law and are exempt as they are reporting current affairs, as I am sure you are aware UK courts "bear in mind that considerations of public interest are paramount".
UK courts see the fair dealing defence usually only applies when part of a work has been taken such as small clips as per my youtube videos.
Reporting of current events
Under Section 30(2), fair dealing using any work for the purpose of reporting current events, with sufficient acknowledgement, is a valid exception to copyright. Photographs are excluded, however; Cornish, Llewelyn and Aplin write that this is "in order to preserve the full value of holding a unique visual record of some person or event" for full video click here

    • That's a good old fashioned mental short circuit right there. She has no fucking idea what to counter that fact with. Leftists are suicidal parasites.

  • Was it George Orwell who once said 'In times of universal deceit, just telling the truth is a revolutionary act'. Well done Mr Batten for remaining calm, considered & crucially backing up your argument with facts. UKIP are in good hands if Mr Batten becomes leader.

  • There are centuries of behaviour endorsing this. A big book with words quite literally telling people to kill others and yet they still try to make excuses.

  • Yes I agree unbelievable. I didn’t believe what people said about the Koran until I read it myself. Unbelievable is what I said too. Thank god most Muslims don’t follow this book.

  • We all die , but how as horatius said can a man die better ? But facing fearful odds for the ashes of his father and the temple of his God . And though UKIP may now lack the suppport of the masses it's spirit survives in ordinary people...we want our country back we honour those that sacrificed for it , we affirm our belief that there is one God and it is not the vision of Mohammed but that of Christ. One ordered men to be killed and others tortured the other was tortured and killed for all, for us for Britain..

  • A lot of people i know who voted for brexit are more concerned about immigration .. The population in the UK is going up and up the resources in the UK are getting stretched to breaking point British people are having benifits cut and benifits are being paid to immigrants .. The UK pay billions in benifits to top up low wages of immigrants from EU countries . London is over half ethnic groups and a 1/4 not even British born . British people are leaving London because they can no longer afford to live there yet immigrants seem to be managing to live there . . I have heard some British people saying they feel like they are losing their identity because of so much immigration , UK must leave the EU to control immigration .

  • Sorry, I'm an atheist and there are a lot of things you can criticise Islam and Muslims for, but you can't tar all Muslims with that brush if you're merely quoting the hadith. There are hundreds of millions of Muslims who do not take the hadith seriously. If he had simply said that many Muslims do think like that, I'd have been with him, but it's important to add this qualifier.

  • The BBC is a bad joke. I randomly switch on Radio 4 during the day in order to see how long it takes to not tune into some self-flagellating drivel about the lgbt "community" or ethnic minorities. Today I switched on twice - initial one, first word I heard was "feminist", second tune-in I was three words away from "racist". I thought I'd found something different the other day when I found myself listening to the beginning of a programme titled "Humiliation". It began with some limp fucker whining about his neighbour's elm tree being cut down and how he felt humiliated (?!) by this act. But he suddenly realised that the real source of his humiliation was Brexit (kid you not). Then a sonorous BBC voiceover intoned "When a tree that bears fruit is cut down, its moan is felt across the world". They are beyond biased these days, they are barking bloody mad. I cancelled my tv licence four years ago - one of my better moves.
