Micah Makanamaikalani Christenson (born May 8, 1993) is an American volleyball player, member of the United States men's national volleyball team and Italian club Leo Shoes Modena. Bronze medalist of the Olympic Games Rio 2016, gold medalist of the 2014 World League and 2015 World Cup, 2013 NORCECA Champion.

  • I love his super aggressive style. Micah is such a pain for the blockers, because they need to anticipate the dump or two attack way more often than with "traditional" setters.

  • The whole USA team is just full of monsters. Patch spiking over every blocker. Sander hanging in the air for two seconds after the block. Anderson just bouncing every ball. Christenson knowing exactly where and how to put the ball every time. Holt just swinging like a madman.

  • We knocked his team out of JOs our 18s year. I got to play against two national team players two years in a row with Saunders and Christensen. Even then we knew those guys were gonna be Olympic players.

    • To be fair, he dumped against a team in row 6 so they didn’t have a lib at left back. Smart play regardless, but if the lib was in he might have been dug.
