  • I've purchased my June 1st I've been beating the crap out of it. And it handle's awesome I know it ain't 1000cc But the price is like $10,000 cheaper. I'm definitely happy with the purchase.

    • I bought one 2 week ago and beat the sh!t out of it a little bit. Do you heard the valve when you give a ¼ throttle? I think mine might need a valve adjustment. I already have 400km. Maybe the valve sound is normal, but if i remember, it was nt that lound when it was new

  • This is not a premium mudder. This is their value machine, therefore you can't expect it to have expensive aftermarket tires. I think Can Am hit the nail on the head with this machine.

  • The value of these things is such a huge boss move by CanAm.. Taking direct shots at the entire 600-750cc class. It's a crowded size category but the new Outtys' should be on everyone's short list.

  • Never thought I’d ever say this but I sold my 2021 Grizzly SE and bought a 2024 XMr 700, picking it up tomorrow! Not sure what to expect but this thing looks better built than the Grizzly. You were spot on with how it feels like a Japanese machine

  • This seems to be the "In Between" ride. Ride this, feel the power, then step up to the big rides. If you want to play hard in the mud, this ain't it. I transition from a Grizzly to a XMR-850 and that was still a pretty healthy jump. Great info as always. "Ride Hard and Be Safe" MN Bill

  • I really like the trail, mud combo. It’s like 50-50. With the rad and intake relocated, win win. No winch? Just stupid. No winch is really my only negative on that quad and no I’ve never owned a Can-Am and I’m not a fan boy. I just love how it’s a good trail machine that will run with the big boys in mud. With an “optional” winch🫣😩!

I haven't seen a single video since they released these new models explaining why they went this way and why it would be better than the trailing arms. I'd be really interested to know about that.

  • 700 Pro XU, as a whole package: options, specs, price… is a hard machine to beat, time will tell of course, but I think this will sway me from a Grizzly that I had intended to buy. Anything is a massive spec leap forward from my ‘05 Honda 500, reliability and ease of maintenance may be a compromise however. As for tires, I put Chaparral (ChapMoto) TG Tyre Maxx Plus on my 500 and they have been wildly great, granted is a lot more rubber for my bike to turn. $500 for 27x9 and 27x12 were $500 shipped, mounted myself with spoons in under an hour using the fireball and pucker method to set the bead. I recommend anyone getting tires to try mounting themself, super easy and I’ve since done it for 2 buddies

  • I agree with everything but the fit and finish. The machine runs great, but fit/finish is terrible on my HD7 Hunter. One end of the bumper is an inch closer to the plastics than the other, so it is either bent or the plastics are installed crooked. The left side engine cover has huge gaps along the top vs the right, and after the fender flares were installed, you can easily see the "Outlander" decal on one fender was installed too far forward as the flare covers part of the "O" on that side. Nothing too worrisome but not quality work. Some others have even found loose hardware.
