  • I loved how she infused her performance art, fine arts, and the art of coffee making with her message about overcoming the challenges faced by the coffee industry as a whole; all the while, the purpose of overcoming issues related to climate change or the depersonalization of the industry was to bring back the very wholesome quality of restoring something "familiar" for the consumer to comfort them with the tastes or cultural "celebratory" scents she used in each ingredient. Beautiful script and the choreography of her performance was elegant. So curious about the textures and flavors of the coffee flavors she described too! Congratulations, Morgan!
