    • You can have admiration for someone but to put them on a pedalstal as if they are more than another human being in the world is crazy. While she is talented, she and gifted at what she does, Beyonce is not the “epitome” of human beings. Beyoncé is an entertainer, that is her occupation. God is everywhere and all around, in everyone whom believes in him; not one woman who will move on just like every one else. She can’t take none of her wealth, possessions or music with her. Stop thinking she closer to God than the other 8 billion people on the planet.

    • @@johuraramos8813 African Americans' ancestors (from all over Africa) were sold during the slave trade to America, so due to the cultural and genetic mixing it's difficult to tell/claim where exactly in Africa they are from, without a DNA test. Africans in Europe normally move there via voluntary immigration, so they are very much cognizant of their history. It's two different contexts

    • Don't you find it kind of hypocritical and actually creepy how Beyonce, who seems to be so in support and "repping Africa", tries to look white as possible? Looks lighter than she ever was, skin creams, her facial features, her light eyes, bleaches and straightens her hair? She is trying her hardest to move away from looking ethnic African, and tries to look more white/mixed.

      @sunmirror6075@sunmirror60753 жыл бұрын
    • @otakurocks its not cultural appropriation because we are AFRICAN Americans. that's like saying that a Chinese american cant do anything in Chinese culture or Scottish Americans cant do anything in Scottish culture or Mexican Americans cant do anything in Mexican culture. our ancestors did NOT CHOOSE TO BE HERE we were brought against our will then enslaved for 400 YEARS so no its not cultural appropriation IT IS STILL OUR Culture am TIRED of this fight against African and African Americans because in EVERYONE eyes eyes we will still all get shot by police and still be held to a lower standers then everyone. we should be coming together to fix the problems the world has with us, but nope y'all want to fight about "cultural appropriation" and this is coming from a 13 year old GROW UP.

      @kairaegyptarchibald@kairaegyptarchibald3 жыл бұрын
    • @otakurocks Cultural appropriation is the white lady claiming she invented bonnets and planning to charge 100+ for them, or Kim Kardashian wanting to call her underwear brand kimono. Taking something without respecting its origins and meanings, then presenting it as yours, that's when appreciation strays into appropriation. Beyonce working with African people, African artists and creatives to make music and art, crediting them and paying them, is not appropriation. Even with some things shown like the red clay, she reached out to the Himba women asked their permission and flew them out to film. She took care with the details. Hope you've learnt the difference.
