Matriones yeah, when you build around those lepers specifically. In the end you have to spend a shitload of money removing and locking in quirks just for those lepers to barely function. Also have fun hitting ranks 3 and 4 with any reasonable damage whatsoever

not really. Lepers are very effective with just sun ring. and for hitting R3 or 4 you have 3 more character slots, a GR and a vestal do fine for that.

And just what do you think that ring is for, you halfwit :D Ancestor's ring buffs PROT _and_ ACC, which, makes it hands down the ultimate Leper trinket. ...for a general purpose damage/tank Leper, that is. If you're going for critical damage Leper (which I highly recommend, lot of fun) or even a tank/support Leper (which I honestly never tried), you'll have to get creative :)

Matriones yeah, when you build around those lepers specifically. In the end you have to spend a shitload of money removing and locking in quirks just for those lepers to barely function. Also have fun hitting ranks 3 and 4 with any reasonable damage whatsoever
not really. Lepers are very effective with just sun ring. and for hitting R3 or 4 you have 3 more character slots, a GR and a vestal do fine for that.
And just what do you think that ring is for, you halfwit :D Ancestor's ring buffs PROT _and_ ACC, which, makes it hands down the ultimate Leper trinket. ...for a general purpose damage/tank Leper, that is. If you're going for critical damage Leper (which I highly recommend, lot of fun) or even a tank/support Leper (which I honestly never tried), you'll have to get creative :)

I believe I encountered my first Collector with it while in the Weald with an underleveled Leper and no prior research as to what he was really like outside of being supposedly difficult. It wasn't until my second and third encounters with the Collector that I found out he was actually a challenge when you weren't OP.
