Congratulations to TEAM IDAHO for achieving the FIRST-EVER Greco National Team title in the HISTORY of Idaho Wrestling with a total of 141 points!
Leading up to the 2023 Fargo Nationals, Team Idaho attended multiple Suples Training and Preparation Camps. At these camps, athletes trained their strength and conditioning with the Bulgarian Bag, Suples Ball, and Path of Glory. They sharpened their shots and techniques with the Suples Frame, Attacker 2, Speed Dummy, and finally put them to the test in the SUPLES ARENA.
