Correct, the devs have already confirmed that cars in The Sims 4 would not fit in a stuff pack and would instead be better in a larger pack like a GP or EP.
after rewatching this review for the 100th time i just realised the "vehicle enthusiastic" trait. i have been reading a lot stephen king lately, and there is a book called "christine". its about a guy who has got a sweet car and loves it and...it loves him back. but he has a girlfriend so the car gets envy and starts wreaking havoc o 3o" there is even a movie adaption

"Fart" means "speed" in several Scandenavian languages. I found that out when I went to Denmark this summer.
Yeah that was my first guess to, "vaart" in dutch means speed (or something close to the English word "speed") and in German "fahren" means to drive, right?

@mhangell1 The robot comes with The Sims 3 Ambitions expansion pack. It's a creature you can either unlock with life fulfillment points or invent with the inventor skill.
The trait is pathetic. I gave it to one of my sims and it doesn't even do anything, as in, it LITERALLY has no mechanical or thematic effect on the game.
It lets you have a relationship with your car and you can name a car!

Hahah Great u did mention that norwegian title! Im norwegian, and im proud to say "We suck in english" So when a famous norwegian rally... Something, was talking on tv he said something like "I had a very big fart" 😂😂 He was supposed to say "I had great speed" but yea😂 But really, i ain't fully norwegian, and think they should practice a bit more😂😂

@Lucazzy It's a new town you can pay for and download from The Sims 3 Store. It's a whole lot like Sunset Valley, just a pirate island instead. It costs too freaking much, IMO - $16.50
They should include race car driver as one of the jobs with this expansion pack. That would be goooood.

The Ruby IKR?! I checked steam today and it said I had clocked 3994 hours in it and Origin said I've only clocked 232 in the Sims 4. I was like "wow... I really need the sims 3 back. That's almost as many hours as Skyrim and Devil May Cry 4!"

I have two things to thank you for, from this video alone. 1. Showing me that the expansion pack from EA does not include anything terribly appealing. Bad game purchasing decision avoided! 2. Posting a link to Fresh-Prince Creations website in the description. Several downloads and a $30 donation later, I'm happier to play Sims 3 than I was in the past few years!
@RandyPhantomHC Yes, you will need to mod the game's config files. There is a tool called the Framework Installer Tool, linked to in the description. It will mod the game so you can then install custom content.

I thought this Stuff Pack was quite good...considering I got it for $5 on Steam during a sale. Viva la Gaben! Well that and I actually often use the items from this pack, most of which I thought were made pretty well for what they were. They also went well with some custom content I already had but was missing things this pack added.
I didn't know steam sells the sims games, I thought that was origin
LiveTheSims It doesn't sell Sims 4 but it sells Sims 3 and all it's expansions/stuff packs. However it doesn't sell the store content for the Sims 3...not that any of that is needed bcause mods exist. Though thanks to EA being dicks the Sims 3 on Steam and it's expansions haven't been on sale for ages though.

Origin is having a sale 60% off on all Sims 3 EPs and SPs. Of the 3 SPs I don't have, FL is the only one I've been considering since it's only $8 (I'm not interested at all in the Katie Perry or Movie Stuff). Been trying to decide all day if it's worth it to grab it while it's on sale. Looking at it, it's really not much in it I would use, most of the cars are ugly and not my style (the only reason I'm even considering it is most of the stuff I dl from the exchange has FL). Still, $8 is hard to pass up....
Uh dude? Just what do you think I used to install The Sims 3? I'm a collector of retro computer hardware and software and this is primarily a channel about the topic. The floppy drives being old and obsolete is kind of the entire point...
@TheAARules I don't play them "regularly", unless you count for a week or so after each expansion comes out. I've played games in the Sim series my entire life and even though it's not Maxis anymore, I still try each new title. I've been a big "The Sims" fan since the first game, so yes, I enjoy them. I'm not nearly as hardcore into them as much anymore as I've grown older, but that's just life. The interest is there but other things demand my time.
The Heartbreak Hotrod and the Summertime Souped Up Ride was in the PS3/Xbox 360 version of TS3 Pets, but you could only get the Souped Up Ride if you complete a certain mystery.
So, did anyone ever make 'The Hoff and his KITT' mod?
Fresh Prince has some amazing creations, I’m glad I found their website, really brought a lot of life into Sunset Valley for me and I just downloaded late night to eventually download some kind of player created city/map and fill that with real cars
love the way you talk about these games and stuff packs it's very helpful cause i want the honest truth not some ea add that makes me go "OH! THAT LOOKS SO COOL I WANT THAT!"

The Sims 3 is on Xbox 360, and PS3. It's an entirely different game though, because you can't get the PC experience on a console, so you also don't get the packs PC users do. It's just not the same product at all, even though it has the same name.

@TheCamdog42 I hand-picked every part myself and built it from the ground up. It's nothing spectacular as far as specs, just all very nice, quality hardware from a couple years ago. Mainly just an 8800GT 512MB video card that makes the biggest difference in comparison to many "mainstream" PCs which include dinky integrated graphics cards.

Besides the teleportation pad that phreakindee mentioned, you can also teleport if you have World Adventures. A sim with high enough skill in martial arts can meditate and eventually reach a high mental state that lets them teleport anywhere. It takes a few sim hours of meditation but it's teleportation nonetheless.
