On the meterless hat combo you can do b2 after the second jump in. Also when you use jade glaive you should press on them asap bc scaling is slightly worse if you wait for both

I use goro but know I’m using chameleon thanks 👑!!!!! Using goro takes 100 health too don’t know about chameleon if you get extra health or less health but I know he takes 100 health, this video was very informative. Thank you.

Lao reminds me of mk9 sonya. Armored launcher that youre always scared of after hes negative, he can loop it, divekick, rushdown

NRS needs to buff all Kameos to Khameleons level of strength and utility with making moves ambush. Then biff bottom half of roster to S tier base strength so they can use more Kameos+ playstyles. But giving characters more tools is much needed like Lao habing teleport and Spin in character move list maybe low hat projectile as well. Reptile having a nimble slow down game move or spit dash cancels. Sub Zero having less gaps, faster mid + more moves with a couple staggerable dial strings and maybe a option off clone like as hes jumping back out of clone can shatter clone as an attack for 1BAR before he hits ground. Stuff like this would make characters feel less restricted.

This team provides everything Goro, Sonya, and Sareena did. I have saved so much meter using this team. You can easily get up to 48 - 52% in the corner with two meters and no FB.

Great Kameo but randomness kills her imo. You need to learn tons of situational kombos and keep and eye on her all the time. Also if opponent plays Kha as well you need like 3 pairs of eyes because you need to see that opp is on mileena for example because they will 99 out of 100 do roll mixup with the string that you always blocked low.

My main has always been Geras. Kung Lao is probably my 2nd most used character. But even if I make a guide on another character, that doesn't necessarily mean that I have changed my main 🙂

Kung Lao is a disaster in this game in my opinion, completely boring, no style, feels stubby, same cocky personality but nothing to prove, just complete disappointment.

On paper the character is actually good lol. But I agree with not liking his person. I feel like Ed Boon has never liked Kung Lao…or it’s just his team’s way of “making fun of Kung Fu” I hate the cockiness…but yet there’s so much great spiritualism and warriors in the history of the character…but in every single game he has been a cocky asshole….when are we going to get the first “Great Kung Lao”? It’s like every game they just use him to be the side character that people don’t care for…tbh him & Liu Kang are kind of a boring combo these days. Kung Lao fans definitely deserve some character development. At least Liu is humble lol I would never train with Kung Lao lol
