    • You can also make it more difficult by adding more loops in the center. At some point it becomes impossible due to the rope length not being long enough, but the two loop version is even trickier than the one loop version!

    • Isn't that just more back and forth though? It might increase exponentially (speculation) but it seems straightforward

  • Your video structure doesnt get enough praise. You're articulate but concise and placing your title clip (or whatever you call it) in the middle of the video is a nice touch and a good break away point for anyone who doesn't want to have the puzzle solved for them. Also your intro clip is well designed. Over all you're becoming one of my new favourite youtubers. Like some one commented below and as others have said on your previous videos it'd be really cool if you delved deeper into other puzzle related concepts!

  • I'm a puzzle enthusiast and solve puzzles honestly. You can always solve this puzzle and other related ones by means of abstract ideas like "Mobility" which is essential for the pieces' movement in smooth action, avoiding dislocations and loose thread to the puzzle. Another one is "Trial and Error". At first you don't have a clue so try to move the pieces freely and every time you wound it (lack of moves) obviously you will free again and have space for mobility and finding the route for the puzzle. My hint to this puzzle and you will always figure-it out when the pieces (discs, ring and rope) are tied. Actually you will always loose it and start again.
