Super projekt,samo ti moram reć jedan savjet.Kada si stavljao nove gume i zračnice na felne trebao si sa običnom izolir trakom zaštitit unutarnju dio felne zbog zračnice. Ide sub. i živio ti meni.
Perfect craftsmanship! Welding, laser cutting, sandblasting and painting! I would have liked to have had these opportunities 35 years ago! A warning would only be better when re-spoking the wheels! It's not as easy as you make it out to be :) All in all: A superbly crafted job! Chapeaux
Markus...have you ever respoked one or more? Balancing can take hours...I was up half the night once with a wheel kit like his...spoked and balanced by morning...I have another waiting to do my wheel rims are rusty again

Looking good! Make sure to protect the battery. If someone jumps on the saddle and the glass fibre bends or breaks those screws can puncture the battery and cause a fire. Keep up the good work!

The only thing missing is a protective cover for the chain. Otherwise excellent work. And there is one mistake and that is that the cables are routed through the chassis, they should have been protected with some rubber grommets to prevent a short circuit if the insulation is scratched.
Nice. Don't forget to mount the chain tension parts. This motor will certainly stretch the chain :)

the chain needs a tensioner, otherwise it wil damage your motor.
First off, very nicely done, I have a few points though if I may? Boxing in the heat sink fins of that controller leads to reduced cooling efficiency... I do not know if you plan long trips but, I would suggest some cutouts on the opening sides of the fins of that angle iron bracket so that some of the warm air can be pushed out? The first and second rims, the spokes were not done correctly as the rims when spun were both pulled out of round, hope this was fixed otherwise that will cause a bouncing effect when riding the cycle. Other than that I can't really say much more as the video did not show the other concernes I did have so would not be conducive to add here.. Well done to yourself and the other students, a project well done!

question 🙄 could we use two or three batteries, when the first one is discharged the second one is activated, and so for the third one, fort recharging each one on the go by rolling, so we dn't need to come back home to recharging ..

La bateria es muy pequeña para ese vehículo, como mínimo debias de ponerle una bateria de 72v a 50ah par que tenga una autonomía decente.

démontage assuré dans 6 mois.. pas de graisse sur les axes, les pièces mobiles des freins, etc, pas de protection sur les câbles passant dans les trous métalliques.. risque de court-circuit et de prendre feu.. un joli bbq ambulant. Mais hormis cela, joli projet.

Skilful chap but the design of the conversion was not great, using such unnecessarily heavy steel. Some dangerous shortcuts with the wiring too, I didn't see any fuses? Lithium batteries are dangerous things.

around here, doing this to a mostly intact tomos will get you crucified....but I really want to find one to do this for.

Kao koncept - ideja nije loše. Bateriju sigurno ne bih stavio ispod sedišta i budžio sedište osnovom od vrlo zapaljivog poliestera. Moguć požar ispod zadnjice. Baterija je trebala ići gde je rezervoar i ako si već hteo i te kablove da kriješ trebalo je da od rezervoara napraviš poklopac koji se otvara na šarku. Tako da bi sedište ostalo originalno Tomos a i kutija ispod bi ti ostala za bazni alat kao što je Tomos i predvideo. Ne sviđa mi se i što ram nisi ispolirao pre finalne montaže tako da farbanje i sam moped izgleda vrlo grubo.
My idea is to make kidse- quad . Maybe smaller e motor for young 6 year old driver.

I would have welded the battery box to the frame where the tank was and run the wires down inside the frame, with the box on top and the seat on top of that your too high up or better still you could have opened up the gas tank and fitted the battery box inside. The gas tank would be a false one just my thoughts though..
