  • My dad used to mock up tools for special uses in the aircraft/military manufacturing plant years ago. He would always bring his fabrications home very much like your tool here. He just had to demonstrate what they could accomplish. When successful he would go ahead and finalize the tool. He also was paid bonuses for his creations. You should see if there’s a commercial interest in your tool.

  • Tight karne ke baad pipe return automatic aana chahiye,ju pipe fix hai usi mein thread hota aur jo pipe kassne se tight hota hai uss mein bhi thread hona chahiye.

  • A brace over the top of the C die will keep it from trying to rotate and fkex up at the end of the stroke, which is why the bend is incomplete on the corner.

  • You already have a vise, just use that. No need to make a special one-off tool that only makes one shape.

  • i just can't weld that good. some clues on rod and amps might be good. and he doesn't seem to have ground through the galvanising - that's galvanised pipe ? - to make a good ground connection so how'd he manage to weld at all? i always find making a good ground a main problem.

  • Нужно в квобратной трубе сверлить отверствие штоб проходил упорний шток через всю трубу и заваривать с тильной с орони а то свмрка счерху немного мешает качеству готового изделия
