Indeed. The onlynthing that got me was the small live green twig things she used for decoration. Those looked like insect legs to me, snd I got the shivers every time she used those......ewww. Just my own weird visual reaction......LOl EVERYTHING....WAS SENSATIONAL, and looked smooth, creamy AND bet it tasted as good as it looked too.

Some of the most difficult things to learn when learning how to decorate cakes with a piping bag is how much pressure to put on the bag while piping. When to let off the pressure. And most importantly, a steady and consistent pressure on the piping bag. Once you've learned that, you are on the road to becoming a cake decorator! Note: You will notice relatively soon that the hand you use to hold your piping bag will have a "Popeye" arm. The forearm of your piping bag will be larger than your non-dominent arm!!

What's wrong with the ice and a lot of these pictures are are bubbles and sloppy work on a cake so yeah you have to over decorate it.
