Absolutely! I live in Texas (for now) and don't blame these young adults from NOT wanting to live here. I actually do NOT recommend it to many (we are a military family). I have 1 young adult child and she accepted a job in a blue state, where she was looking, to be out of Texas. My youngest child, my son, is in high school, and does not plan on going to college here or living here. As soon as we retire, we will be leaving as well. We are done with the rights the GOP is taking from us and do not trust the Texas government to take care of us. (Which is full of highly corrupt politicians).

It doesn't matter how much it hurts the average person either. It won't bother them until they feel it in their own pockets.
"college admissions have to go down drastically," That is likely to happen because of "woke". "a severe impact on their economy." Texas has a great economy. Once the blue people return to blue states it will be practically perfect.
I’m not young. In fact, it’s safe to say that my wife and I don’t need to worry about reproductive rights in any way. Neither of us would live in a state where abolition is illegal because we both have nieces, grand nieces, friends, and, dang it, I just don’t want to support bullies. My dad gave me some great advice when I was young, “If you ever have to choose between being happy or being rich, always favor happiness; however, of, like the rest of us, you have to choose between being miserably rich or miserably poor, always favor being miserably rich.” This is one of only two times in my life that i have had to choose between being happy with my decisions, or making more money. I would definitely give full custody of any child born from a forced pregnancy to the father. Take my name right off the birth certificate, I was just a surrogate and incubator. If they think child support is bad wait until they're stuck fully caring for the child, and with the majority of the financial burden too. They'll change their minds real fast when they're stuck with what the mother is normally stuck with.
@@martibee8984 this could get interesting in court. If neither bio-parent wants the legally mandated sproglet, firstly, poor sprog! But secondly, I can see an argument for "I had to carry sprog for 9 months and birth sprog, now it's your turn spermboy." But I can also imagine a judge (probably, but not necessarily, a grey haired male judge) getting apoplectic at the idea that the mother shouldn't be the primary parent in that situation.
@@Juttutin great use of words 👏 I chuckled reading that. I'm sure conservative judges would find it hard to think that anyone but the mother should be responsible for the child. It is common misogyny that forced the idea that women should be the ones responsible for it, and screwed many dads out of custody too. For now, at least, they can't force women to keep the kids too. Most will end up in foster care until they are adopted. Which is something they're actually looking forward to. They want the ability to adopt as many babies into their conservative lifestyles as possible. The whole situation is just sad and gross.

Just give it 18 years
What people say and what they do are 2 different things. NY and CA have lost residents and TX, FL and TN keep gaining residents who are mostly working age.
This is wonderful! Send all the young dem voters to states which are already deep blue. Red gets redder! Thanks for the positive outlook.
I think it is fine that people don't want to live and support a community that doesn't align with ehat is most important to them. I would prefer if people focused on their community and not everyone's community. So yeah move to Florida if you like Florida laws and morals. Move to California if you like their laws and morals. Don't move somewhere and get mad they don't like your morals.
I can see people moving out of, and too areas with similar moral and legal standards.
What a stupid take to have on things.
@@jnharton why?
