I know everybody thinks The Dark Knight is the best out of the trilogy. But Rises has always been my favorite. It's much deeper
I love The Dark Knight but The Dark Knight Rises grows on me every time I watch it.
Rises is more emotional, climactic for me. It hits home more
@@coyote000 Ditto. Tom Hardy as Bane is underrated! He absolutely embodied that character. Every scene he is in gives me chills. And Bruce's redemption scene in the prison when he "Makes the climb" is inspiring. He didn't just make the physical jump, he also overcame his suicidal behavior and his will to live returned.
I can listen to Christopher Nolan talk about films all day. Thanks so much for sharing ulaghchi.
Christopher Nolan is brilliant. Truly brilliant!
This is great! I would've loved to have heard an interview with this interviewer regarding Memento!
There is one available. Search for Chris Nolan and Elvis Mitchell memento interview. It’s a very nice discussion
Christopher Nolan ASMR
I always asks myself writing a movie and watching a movie, "How long does this story span within the story?"
Genius sir you are
23:10 "action film is like sheet music. Can you hear the music, Christopher ?"
elvis is the man
Cool vid bro
Chris Nolan... Why couldn't you do more of these?
Anton Affleck it was always planned as a trilogy. Extending it would've spoiled the legacy
@@nikidon99 It was planned as a single entity, with merely the HOPE for a sequel. And Nolan refused to do a third movie, unless he found a strong enough storypotential and reason of existence for it. That's how we arrived here.
@@Angyali Nolan only wanted to do a third movie if there was a story that he found satisfying. He was originally hesitant.
@@h.b.smith_writer same with The Dark Knight. Wasn’t sure if he’d get to make a follow up, so he made Batman Begins the best film he could make, but have an ending that made you curious about the future of that story and did this to The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises.
@@h.b.smith_writer We both said the same.
I think Bond's The world is not enough also inspired TDKR a bit or atleast is similar.
